As someone that grew up eating authentic Puerto Rican cuisine I know it’s incredibly difficult to find in Wichita. Although it’s not Puerto Rican, the dishes here remind me so much of the food I grew up with. It took a little longer than usual to get our food but I know that’s because everything was made fresh and absolutely worth the wait. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked, the sweet fried plantains were incredible. My mother and I also enjoyed a cup of coffee here and the decor and atmosphere almost make you think you’re in the Carribean. I look forward to my next visit.

Ordered honduran chicken,Im not hondurian so asked what was in it because it looked so good in the picture (with red onions beets and a red salsa.) I was told it has chicken and plantains in it. When I got my food it was two fried chickens that tasted like they were 3 days old, smoothered in a orange sauce and mayonnaise. I hate waisting money and it was $17 but I couldn’t force myself to eat it. nunca voy a regresar.

One of the worst experiences Ever..Decided to treat my parents for a decent meal since I’ve been there in the past..Our waitress was friendly which was good but the food was absolutely horrendous. I ordered 1 pupusa and a caldo 7 mares. Pupusa tasted awful and the soup had no flavor and smelt like dirty fish!! Parents ordered a fried fish which was burnt and stiff as a rock. I’m sorry but if I’m going to 87 dollars for a meal! It should at least taste good. Never going back again. There was also a man who was the cook, drinking an alcohol beverage go to the kitchen and not once did I see him wash his hands! Absolutely disgusting place!

The Pupusas are on point. The Carne asada is delicious. I love the place. The saying we don’t make it till you order it, is true, so sometimes it is a bit of a wait.
