Staff and service is very good. Chips and salsa were good to start with. Burger came with a bunch of fries, no option for sweet potato fries or any healthy alternative for fries though. Flan was awesome. Ambiance was really great.

It was a disappointing experience. My wife and I went here on a quiet Sunday afternoon for late lunch. The place was relatively scarcely occupied but we were seated in a far corner and no one attended to us for 15 minutes. I had to walk up to find someone to come to our table and get our order. The food ended up being great and very delicious, but the experience left us certain that we would not go here again.

I love the food. The flavors are pure. I asked for no rice. I received rice. After our server took our order we never saw him again. No one asked if we needed a refill or how everything was. I was very dissatisfied. We waited more than 15 minutes for someone to come with our bill. It will be awhile before we return.

We were seated right away, the service was amazing! Our waiter was the best. Whenever I go to Puerto Vallarta everyone who works there is great, never had bad service. We both ordered Mar y Tierra (land and sea) which is a whole order of Carne asada with garlic shrimp with mushrooms, omg so flippin good. Perfect!

This is a beautiful place to enjoy authentic Mexican food they have very friendly staff, the dinning area is filled with beautiful Mexican art to enjoy. They have a warm atmosphere and a variety of delicious items on menus to choose from! They also have a beautiful bar if you want to have a drink, watch the game or just relax. Located in the shopping center, plenty of parking this is definitely a great place to eat, take out or dine in!

Good food. Good atmosphere. Great location. No reservations. No waiting to be seated. Not too busy around 6 pm midweek. Service was excellent. Did not need to flag down our waiter. Parking was a challenge. Live person answered the telephone. Notes: Table Side Guacamole, like the name says, made right at your table side. You choose what you want in it, and how much. Somewhat entertaining to watch. The shredded beef was very tasty. The chili relleno, made omelette style, was great. The 32 oz margaritas really took the edge off. The chicken fajitas seasoned just right. Plan to go back.

Been many times and never not satisfied! The food is always yummy and the service is always great! The margaritas are so good as well! I always get the grill cheese sandwich but worth it! I’ll pick off my kids rice and beans because they are so good! Also the chips and salsa are on point! Fast service and awesome wait staff. I feel like the girls who are hosting are also always so pretty . Don’t forget to tip at least 20% ok peeps let me know if you have any questions:) PS bar is pretty cool and lively
