Stopped in for a quick lunch. Waited almost 10 minutes before we were greeted. Busy outdoor patio seating with views of the golf course. I got the Cajun Crispy Chicken Sandwich and my brother got the Hangover Burger Melt. My brother said the burger was really good, and it was HUGE. My chicken sandwich on the other hand, was horrible. The chicken was seasoned well, but tasted like the cook either forgot about it in the fryer or it was refried from an earlier time. It was tough and dry, and had two weird thigh cuts on the bun, so it was impossible to even keep together. I had two bites and decided to just eat my fries. The server was really nice and asked if everything was okay, as she could tell I wasn’t enjoying my food. I should have sent it back, but honestly, if you send out food that bad, I don’t have a lot of trust that it would get much better. When we finished, the server cleared our plates, and when she brought the check, she was sure to point out a discount for the sandwich I didn’t eat. $4 discount on a $16 sandwich. We paid and left… won’t be back.

We had a great breakfast here after watching the sunrise at Haleakala. We had seen the menu online and wanted to check it out. The new brunch chef is great and we each loved all of our meals! The view was great too.

Their fries were really nice, their fish from their “Fish and Fries” meal was really good! But their “tartar sauce” was not good. And their salad dressing for the side salad had hot sauce in it, so it so since I had put it over my side salad, I could not eat my salad because the dressing was way too hot. (I thot it was Catalina dressing it wasn’t, it would have been appropriate for tacos.)

I’ve had several bad experiences here from cold food to just plain rude service. Today we decided to order Rubens rather than cook a full dinner and members of my household had to work anyway. The girl on the phone was rude in her tone as if she was annoyed. The food itself was mediocre. The club sandwich we ordered was listed on menu as having ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. What we got was missing both the ham and the cheese. The Rubens were also completely dry on the edges and soaked in the middle. Seemed like the meat itself was dry and lead me to believe it was canned..

Very good food. I had the Cajun ahi sandwich, others had the Loco moco, fish & chips and a southwestern salad. Sat outside, COVID protocols followed. Tassie is our favorite pro-shop person of all time whom we have known for over 30 years and we loved seeing her today.

this is, hands down, the best food i had on maui. the chef marries hawaiian, asian, and comfort foods harmoniously, without being gimmicky or overpowering. the restaurant also serves a ton of classics like burgers, sandwiches, and fish, and you can taste the care and skill that goes into each dish.

Amazingly tasty food coming out of the trailer.. God I wish u had a full size dining room with a events room .. You would be doing cafe O lei numbers.. Seriously.. Hidden gem, best Ruben I’ve ever had .. Steak was great.. Every thing I’ve ever had is great.. Margarita was great.. 6/5
