Good barbecue, well executed, and good service. Low key setting, and pretty quick service made it a nice dining experience. I got the deviled eggs(very mustardy, avg.), chicken sandwich(good flavor on the chicken), baked beans(dark, heavy bbq flavor), mac and cheese (really good), and banana pudding(avg, run of the mill).

Pulaski BBQ is a must-visit for BBQ lovers. Their smoked tofu is absolutely remarkable. Being from the BBQ capitol of the world, Texas, I’ve never encountered smoked tofu at this quality. Staff is also nice and very knowledgeable about the menu.

Not what I was expecting. We tried a bit of everything. I can’t comment on the ribs & macaroni cheese because they were out when by 1:30-maybe it’s their specialty? The bbq was burned, the brisket was dry, potato salad flavorless, baked beans-different, collards and squash casserole were just ok. However, the ladies who seated and served were pleasant.

Finally tried the brisket ramen. The brisket was perfect, the collard greens, the noodles the thick cut bacon all perfect. But the broth was sooooooo unbearably salty and devoid of any other flavour that it ruined the whole dish ☹️

Spoke with owner, Chuck about an delivery order, he was rude and would not listen to a customer, not willing to issue a refund or any compromise at all. . Order was placed online, order was cancelled immediately after seeing 1lb @ of BBQ if $9 a lb, came to over $30 then due to cancellation restaurant still charged $19 and change for cancelling. The 1 lb of BBQ almost tripled in cost. Order place with 3rd party but restaurants still have control on issuing a refund he refused and I could not or a driver have picked it up due to being “closed”. This is terrible customer service and this is coming from a business owner. I have not and never will eat at this restaurant. This is a sign greed and not customer service.
