The only thing we enjoyed here was the salsa. Everything else was pretty disappointing. The margaritas were overly syrupy and sugary, and all the other food was very bland. If kitchen nightmares wasn’t cancelled this place would be on it. “BLAND!” I mean look at the taco pic I posted.

The food was hot and delicious the libations were pleasant. I took my wife here because of some chips we purchased for a party that instantly reminded me of theirs solely from my memories. However, when we got to the restaurant the taste of the chips were not what I remembered. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

This is a good, no-frills Mexican restaurant. The food is mildly seasoned. Don’t let the photos of the empty dining room worry you; a half hour later the place was packed. The service is friendly and quick; they bring chips and salsa (and refills!) when you’re seated. We tried the burrito dinner and the taco dinner and both were good and filling. One of us had some indigestion after, which is not normal. The location is close to the Fort Worth railyards, easy enough to access right off Interstate 30, just southeast of a SpringHill Suites. Pulido’s has its own parking lot, which was convenient. The food is reasonably priced, too, with each of our dinners costing about $10-$11.

Had lunch with my granddaughter on the Monday of her school job. She ordered enchiladas WITHOUT onions. But they had them anyway and there was time to correct her order. The waitress was nice but too busy and my sweet 16 yr old granddaughter didn’t want to bother. It wasn’t busy even though it was 1230, another restaurant with under staff problems, I guess.

our favorite local Tex Mex staple that has been here for years. My mom worked for this family during her college years at TCU and the food is just as delicious today as it was in the 1970s. House made salsa is incredible and a variety of Tex Mex dishes sure to please a variety of tastes. Great prices on daily specials.

The house made salsa is good, but the queso seems like seasoned up Velveeta jelly. The corn tortillas are not house made but store bought, cheapest ones at that. The house margarita is a tangy overpriced premix. For $8 I could’ve gotten a real margarita with actual good tequila in it just about anywhere else.

The original and still the best. This little place has been the best secret in Fort Worth’ TexMex scene since Papa Pulido served his friends on the Union Pacific!

Food was absolutely wonderful. They prepared a combination plate we would highly recommend. Cheese enchilada, puffy taco and chalupa compuesta. You have to try it…
