So Ive been craving a mind-blowing, thick, ice cold,high quality smoothie that was bursting with natural flavor. I stopped in at pulp for the first time and that’s exactly what I got with the blueberry dream. Quick service and in my opinion, has the best smoothie and flavor selection in the area.

Synthetic Plastic
The girls that work here are miserable and really do not like doing their job. Every time I go in nothing is made even though they accept it being done on the order. They are rude and never pick up the phone. I’m uncomfortable each time I’ve gone in and I can’t handle it. The one in Austintown is so much better. They never get my order mixed or wrong and they are always kind.

Delicious smoothies and many options to choose from so far I’ve had great customer service but the reason for my 4 stars is the tip. I am from Texas and it’s not just here but many places up in ohio were they ask for tip when just getting a standard service I get it at restaurants with waitresses since they get paid less than the minimum but asking for tips for something you just walk in is just too much. Its not a common thing i see up in Texas were they ask for tips for something common so just to put it up there.

The smoothies are fine, but the owner doesn’t understand how to make a customer satisfied. Daughter wanted an açaí bowl; husband wanted a smoothie. I worked for five hours getting my classroom ready and told my family I’d pick them up on way home, which I did. Took a step out of my car, and the smoothie cup gave way, spilling all over me and my garage. Went all the way back to Pulp, after calling about what happened, and the owner had the AUDACITY to say it looked like I cut the cup and could’ve drunk the smoothie. I could buy another one for half price. REALLY? For a faulty cup? Like I want to go all the way home and then all the way back there for a smoothie that wasn’t even for me? Like $6 is worth all that? Long story short, I told my family I won’t spend another dime in that business. It’s the principle of the matter! The straw wasn’t even in the cup yet, and I don’t take kindly to being made to feel like it’s MY fault and some kind of scheme to get a free smoothie.
