Excellent experience! I called down at 6:30 on a Saturday night and asked about their gluten free offerings for one of the members of our group and they were very helpful. Then I asked about accommodating a party of 12 within the next 20 minutes and they said they would have the table ready for us by the time we got there and they did! Our server was attentive, friendly, and fast.

Great Service and food, absolutely horrible management. They add hidden fees and refuse to explain them. After my previous review they CALLED ME WORKPLACE to tell me to delete my review. Mind you I do not work at all in relation to this business so them calling MY boss to have me take down my review is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not surprised that they have barely any low star reviews as they literally threaten you if you write anything bad about them

Tonight’s dinner was incredibly disappointing! First, the onion rings we received are NOT the whiskey glazed ones we have come to know from Pump Haus…these are Burger King onion rings! Awful! Do not order these, especially for the extra fee even. Secondly, this burger is absolutely dry and NOT loaded with mac & cheese. It contains maybe 2 sautéed peppers and onions, absolutely a joke. I order frequently for business purposes as well, to provide our customers with local, tasty meals. I won’t be ordering from Pump Haus again.

Apparently I need b00bs to get service. Sat at my table for 15-20 minutes waiting for a waiter to acknowledge my existence. Waiter had no issues helping the two tables full of women literally next to me though. Won’t be back if I can help it.

Sit where ever you wish. Great pub atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive the entire time. Refill of drinks, asking how the food was tasting and freeky fast delivery of everything. Everyone was on top of their game tonight.
