Food is very good needs more menu items but the goat curry was on point, the butter chicken was good as well along with the white rice! The Roti was good surprised me it taste like flour tortillas but it obviously is flour. Definitely recommend good prices very friendly, and don’t forget to grab a Chai Tea! Truck parking lots of it rather be here than a Pilot, loves, or petro/TA

I enjoyed some authentic home-style Punjabi food here. This place is also a wonderful Sikh mini-emporium, you can get amulets and decor for your Punjabi style truck styling, steel tiffin containers, jooties….! well run and clean restrooms.

We opted for vegetarian snacks based off the widely varying reviews, and we will be back!! Our two samosas with tamarind chutney were hot and delicious. As was our plain paratha with dahi, chopped onions, lime and mango pickle. The chai was authentic and available in large quantities.

At the intersection of Interstate 40 & Texas 385 lies a beautiful cultural hybrid to behold, with delicious Punjabi cuisine, authentic masala chai and a range of yogurt lassis. Inside you’ll find typical truck stop items where truckers refuel amidst a range of other cross-cultural food and groceries. I’m grateful the community has this safe place for all who seek an alternative to the toxic American masculinity that it replaces.

Ok it’s in a Punjabi owned truck stop so it’s fairly crazy, they’re busy and they talk fast, know what you want when you get to the counter. I didn’t understand the young fellow behind the counter, I just hoped understood me and hoped for the best. I had the butter chicken, mighty tasty, it came with a equal portion of rice. Like most Indian restaurants they give portions for 2 meals so I don’t mind paying a bit more. My order was to go, it came in good sealed containers with tools ,plate ,bowl and some onions. Food is great, the experience is not for the weak of heart.

Great place to stop and have Masala Chai, Samosa and Parantha with Butter…. The ambience is not great, but do note that this is a gas station. Really authentic Punjabi place!! Must try if you’re on I-40.
