I love this place. I used to go here all the time with my friends and buy cake. The cake is definitely decedent, The tres leches is impeccable & their American style cake is wonderful as well. One day we decided to try the food and i will tell you, these people know what they’re doing!! The empanadas are very well seasoned, the chicken was crispy and delicious, the rice and beans were delicious, I have no complaints!! Their bread is out of this world. Just plain toast with butter ? IT IS AMAZING! The price point is not bad either, I can’t wait to come back here again.

Our office used to order from Punto Rojo years ago, but since I stopped working there, no yummy food for me. I was in the area today, so I decided to try it again. So good! I got the Mini Bandeja, and it was just the right amount of food for me. The empanadas looked so good that I got 2 of them. If you are in the area, please check them out. It’s worth the visit. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. They have seating, but I got my order to go.

By far the best of the locations they have . The one in Freeport didn’t measure up for me . Here , they always remain consistent in the quality of food . I ordered the mini bandeja paisa . Delicious, juicy steak, and even better chicharrón. Only reason why I can’t give the full 5 stars is the speed of service . Not enough staff , but the staff are super kind and helpful. One of my favorite restaurants on the island by far. And the tres leches cake is always on point! If you’re in the area , it’s definitely worth it .

Worst experience ever didn’t give the food and said they didn’t charge us for it. If you add everything up either it’s a missing meal or they charge tip and they took the receipt so don’t ever go here!!!! The food is just okay to add. Waited over an hour for things to be wrong they say everything is right now and then go home to unpack a nightmare, thieves.

Best version of a Cuchifritos that you’ll get locally. Pricing is fair and food is well worth it – Fresh and authentic. Chicharone, maduro, pan, empanadas, flan, rice and beans… they even have morcilla (black sausage) which is interestingly difficult to find. Point is – you want it… they’ve got it! Staff is friendly and get you in and out rather quickly. They have a full bakery as well for all your sweets needs. Very recommended.
