Pupuseria Cheros is a very unique casual place offering Salvadoran food that is authentically handmade fresh and very delicious!

We’re not locals to the area, we looked it up and saw that the restaurant just opened. We took a gamble to try it, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Delicious Pupusas. Everything we tried was amazing. Service was great, it feels welcoming when you come in.

This place was clean from the kitchen to the dining area. The staff are extremely friendly and sweet. As for the food, there is no competition to this place. I tried the chicharrón con queso, revueltas (mixed), and frijol con queso, and I was OBSESSED.

Very Friendly service. The pupusas are well made, tasty and very authentic. The plátanos maduros are also very good. Finally a Central American restaurant that sells great food around here.

Pupuseria Cheros is the #1 spot for Pupusas and Salvadoran Tamales. They are authentic and rich in flavor nothing else compares. The atmosphere is very welcoming and nice but most of all the employees are so friendly and sweet every time I dine in or order to go.

You know you’ve found a gem when you walk in to a crowded bustling restaurant and you can’t find a table! The staff is so welcoming and warm, the food is fantastic- try ALL the pupusas and their sauces. And def get dessert! Other diners told us their favorite dishes so we will definitely be back for round two soon.

Pupusas are fine. A bit expensive at $3.25, like an expensive taco, but these days everything is expensive. We had “sopa de pata” the other day…. Not good at all. Not much vegetables or meat in it but worst of all, the flavor. Too water down and lots of “alguashte” flavor. For $16 It’s better off to stick to a decent bowl of Mexican menudo anywhere. The ambiance and parking availability are real nice.

Omg. We had meat pies! The chicken tamal is so great! And do not me get me started on the pupusas! Jalapeño, bean and cheese and revuelta were perfect. Leaving with two to go!

Great food and great people. We tried many different pupusas and they were all so flavorful. The service was attentive, quick and friendly. We normally travel to the midway area for pupusas but thanks to Cheros we have a great option close to home!

I came in there today with my daughter and she’s half Salvadoran and Puerto Rican. Im Puerto Rican and I can honestly say this is hands down good food fresh to order just delicious! I have had pupusas from other places and they got them beat. Definitely recommend it’s a must try.
