First off, we had great customer service from the owner himself and he was super nice. Thank you for praying for our meal and for us, God bless you.

Grabbed a couple pupusas this past weekend for the first time. I had 2 (bean and cheese) pupusas and 1 (chicken and bean) pupusas and they weren’t bad at all.

I ordered chicharrones pupusas and I gotten cheese pupusas, Yuka con chicharrones and the only thing that I saw it was alittle fat and the rest of the chicharrones it was like they gave me the left over of not even a normal chicharron size, the Yuka was old and grease I gotten heartburn instantly, I’m so sorry, but the price that I paid almost $90.00 and the only good thing it was orchata. I think I asked for chicharrones not and old Yuka plate. That’s was the worse pupusas and Yuka con chicharrones that I ever had. Bad not good at all.

The pupusas are good. Some of the other stuff not so much. It is hard to communicate if you don’t speak Spanish and there are no prices listed on the wall with the pictures of the food. The people were nice and the food I ordered was hot. I’ve been there twice and I would go again. I have no other Salvadorian restaurant to compare them to. I have more experience with Mexican food.

The worst food ever I don’t know why they have good reviews our food was horrible! The pasteles only have ground beef omg this is a salvadoreña restaurant? I don’t think so. There are flies everywhere. The sauce for the pupusas was like water taste like nothing. I have vomiting for the whole night my husband too

NO MEAT IN THE PUPUSAS!!!Don’t come here if you dont speak spanish! Came in for Lunch the place only had 2 other tables that were occupied. It was a little difficult ordering since we were never handed a menu and no prices are posted on any pictures on the wall. Bring cash because they charge extra to use card. Ordered one pupusa with beans n cheese and another Asada n cheese. The plain bean and cheese pupusa was ok. NO MEAT was ever in my Asada! My friend order two with meat and she stated no meat was in any of the pupusa’s. Mind you we came in on a day that was 102* degrees! My friend was just given a water bottle from Kirkland no ice in a cup and my sprite was placed in a to go cup with very little ice. By the time our food was brought out the ice in my drink was melted. We then noticed a family of 6 that spoke spanish and getting plastic restaurant cups with plenty of ice even got to sample the horchata??? I strongly believe everyone should be treated with the same respect. And they want to call themselves a Christian Restaurant with all the bible scriptures hanging on the wall! When we finally received our food the lady forgot the hot salsa? After reminding her she still didn’t not bring iT. I Tried to ask for a refill on my sprite and the woman Said NO REFILLS! AT THAT POINT I WAS DONE ASKED THE LADY FOR OUR BILL PAID N LEFT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING! GOOD LUCK WHEN YOU GO BRUSH UP ON YOUR ROSETTA STONE!!!

Ok we’ve been searching for a Pupusas spot here in Stockton that could come close to the spots you’d find in S.F. or the East Bay. Guess what we found a spot, in fact these Pupusas were the BEST WE’VE EVER HAD. So full of flavor, and great portions done so very well. Even the cabbage and sauce was better then everywhere else. Looking at the photos on the wall, so many of their dishes looked amazing and delicious. I can hardly wait to venture out in more of the Salvadoran cuisine.
