I highly recommend this place. The people are friendly and the food is delicious. We had pupusas, sándwich de pollo, mariscada, pescado frito and everything was exquisite! The only thing is that it’s a bit warm in there, but it’s worth sitting there. The food and the service make up for the temperature. I hope that this place continues to succeed and it booms with business. No, I do not know the owner or the workers and I’m not salvadorian yet I absolutely loved this place. If you visit, I hope you enjoy as much as my family and I did.

The restaurant is clean and organized, but it could benefit from some exterior improvements to entice more customers. Currently, it resembles a warehouse more than a dining establishment.

Great find! We were looking for authentic Mexican cooking, and we found it! It’s a small little place not far from the west side market. We tried the tacos both steak and chorizo, and a seafood bowl. Everything came out quickly and was perfectly cooked and tasted awesome! The waitresses were very nice and helpful. Food was very reasonably priced. We will be back and we will try something different, as a lot of the dishes that passed our table going to other customers looked awesome as well.

We dined in on October 24th, 2022. The food is awesome, very tasty! (believe me I’m from the State of Veracruz in Mexico, we know about food) The portions are plentiful. I recommend trying the LOROCO popusas, fried fish, and the carne asada. Ah, and do not leave without trying the HORCHATA! It is so good that we ordered a couple extra to go (the tall glass is like a pint). We paid $71 including gratuity for a 4 people dinner (and took plenty of food to go, that we had at home the next morning, portions are generous.)

We came near the lunch hour with a group of eight. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful (since we were newbies). They were also accommodating, allowing individual checks for each. The interior was simple, but clean. The pupusas were quite tasty (although, they are far from ‘light’ fare). They brought out a large complementary jar of curtido (El Salvadoran slaw) which was a tasty side. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

This food was spectacular! It’s a small mom and pop place, but everything was SO good! You can definitely split the big platters between two people. The chicarrones were amazing!

Best tacos I’ve ever had. I’ll never go to one of these American owned wannabe Central American/ Mexican spots again. This place is as authentic as you will get I’m Ohio.
