Absolutely loved this place when I visited Bal Harbour. I was greeted by a friendly cashier, Edward, who helped me order. Pictured are the cappuccino with almond croissant, turkey egg wrap, avocado smash bagel, açaí bowl and perfect egg sandwich. I was able to add almond butter to the bowl which made it even better than what it was originally. The space is super bright, inviting and quiet. I stopped in around 11am and waited out some rain till about noon while people filtered in and out. I noticed after driving around Miami that this chain is everywhere with the same great food and friendly service. Will be visiting more to come

We had the ponzu tuna sandwich, tuna salad wrap, and a coconut guava cookie. All of it was very good. Nice preparation. Definitely on the upper side of cost being $70+ for two sandwiches, one drink, and a cookie. Be aware of an automatic 15% service charge. The only service you receive is them bringing you your food like at a Panera or Chick-fil-A- You order yourself at the counter. It felt unwarranted and took away from our overall experience because it changed a $60 lunch to a $70 lunch without anything added to us for our experience.

I’ve been a loyal costumer of a Pura Vida for quite awhile and the food was always fresh and beautifully served. But not this time not at this location. I always eat same food it’s avocado toasts with salmon and eggs. The plate they brought me wasn’t clean, eggs was very cold looked like it’s been a fridge since yesterday, piece of lemon looked like was squeezed once before. When I asked to replace eggs to a fresh ones and worm they brought me same eggs and other extras just exactly looking the same with the cold temperature. They guy wasn’t too much of a help, just left those on a table said that “I swear they fresh eggs” and left. I’m not a complicated person I just need fresh food for money I paid and I didn’t get that at this place.

Stumbled upon this place after scouting the area for a famous TV show location. I was shocked at how beautiful and clean the place was. The food and drink selection is top notch quality and delicious. The only downside is the pricing but you’ll understand once you try it. You get what you pay for. Ingredients are mostly organic and natural. They have some unique items. The huge cookies are to die for. I would love to come back and try other things. Staff was friendly, too. Their branding and presentation are second to none. It’s just a clean, beautiful place with excellent food.
