The food is great. You’ll be safe if you stick to the bar food. The chicken strips were great. For other items that are Irish or German that people critique… Please add salt and pepper aka, seasoning, and use their hot sauces. Ha. The Reuben pizza was actually pretty tasty. The crust isn’t anything special and kind of think I’m a not so great way, but the flavor of the pizza was good. The burger was massive for what the price was and it also needed salt at the least. The real winner of this whole place is the steak fries. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better steak fry in my life. They were large and light, not dense like a regular steak fry and were breaded. The arcade has old school games only and most are a quarter. Hard to beat that price. Drinks were decent prices and pours on hard alcohol. Only reason I knocked off a star is because the food was criminally under seasoned, and getting that fixed would really change all their food for what could then be really good.

Best place for Irish food and German food! Best German beer I’ve found ever! Amazing diverse menu! Great bartenders and staff! You can even take your kids into the arcade there and order drinks to your table!

Terrible food and service! The bangers and mash were cold, the gravy was hardenining when we got it. The peas were over cooked frozen peas. The steak and cheese sandwich was also terrible, it was dry and chewy and the bread was not very toasted. I ordered the steak fries and ended up getting the skinny ones. They were worse than homemade frozen fries. No point in complaining because we never saw our waitress again and we didn’t want to deal with the hassle. It took forever to order our food and to get our check and the waitress never came back to check on us. The place was not busy at all, it was a Monday night. The atmosphere left a lot to be desired and our table was dirty. It was a memorable experience, but not the good kind.

We love going to Purdy’s it’s great for all in the family. A lot of the dishes are great, and the service is great, but it’d be nice if it was better. The guy who works Tuesdays works hard. I only saw him. He was making drinks, taking orders, and helping families. It’d be nice to have additional people working so one person doesn’t have to do it all. I don’t know the back story, but I do know he deserves great tips.

We came in on a night with a live band. The place was really busy and the server was really good! Good food (blt could use a little more bacon), but the flavors were excellent and the nachos were also great! Good beer, good food and the live music sounded great. I would definitely come back for another hang out night.

1st time there & loved it. The bartender, Crystal, was absolutely “the best”. I could have talked to her for hours. Had the Friday special, which was the prime rib dinner. Well worth having. No complaints at all regarding the service. Nor about the place as a whole. Clean, good crowd, friendly staff. There is the arcade area for families with kids, an area for diners & the bar area for dining, drinks & entertainment. Bands on Tue & Wed. DJ on Thu, Fri & Sat. Ladies night on Thursdays. I highly recommend visiting Purdy’s.

We enjoyed our visit. Had the bangers and mash, it was good. I would replace the two Union rings with a roll to mop up the gravy. My wife had the jagarschnigzal which she enjoyed. It was pretty cold, the ac was cranked up high! Where’s the English flag? I see you have the Union Jack for the UK. Then I see flags of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. No cross of St George (England). Also you don’t serve Boddingtons, the brewery closed several years ago. I’m from Manchester by the way.

Had a great evening here!! The salon I work at had our holiday party at Purdys. It was great!! Good food, good drinks, an excellent band, and I loved the crowd. Very diverse group of folks. Cheyenne was our server in the restaurant area and she ran that room all by herself and like a pro! Excellent service, excellent experience. We will be returning customers. A++

I was excited to go here! I wanted to go here for some time. First time going, I had a reaction to whatever I ate. Right side of my tongue swelled up as I finished my meal. I exited the restaurant It subsided, and immediately the left did the same. I went back the next day or day after, and asked the Cook about the ingredients used. There was no ingredients out of the ordinary. He comped me a free meal. I went back 2 weeks later, had different food, no problems! Thanks for a better experience. PCM

1st time to Purdy’s a couple days ago. Got there about 4 pm Friday. No one came to our table for at least 10 minutes to even acknowledge we were there. I was wondering since it was our 1st time there if we were supposed to order at the counter. The waitress came by, and she was very nice. We ordered drinks a salad and pizza. The salad was wilted not fresh ingredients, the pizza was over cooked and burnt. The house keeping was minimal. Of course we will be back at least one more time hoping this first experience was abnormal.
