Stopped in for Dinner 6:35pm first impression very bright, festive colors, open dining room, fun art. The menu has lots of options.We ordered our appetizer came out fairly fast then we ordered our dinner and it came out just as fast we didnt wait for our food for any length of time. It was very typical American style Mexican food. The prices on everything listed in the menu was very reasonable and it had lots of options Everyone should try it once, but I dare say we won’t be back. Stopped here on a whim for takeout on my way through Richland. I’m always looking for a new authentic Mexican restaurant. I’m happy to say that my search is over! I tried 4 different tacos, and their guacamole and chips. The tacos were generously stuffed and had so many different layers of amazing flavors. My favorite was the Pastor which had spiced pork and pineapple. The guacamole was creamy and delicious without having that over abundance of lime you get from other restaurants. You can tell that the kitchen is passionate about their work. Thank you Pure Mex! I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

We got lucky when we walked in. Was barely busy, but by the time we left, it was almost packed. Our server was fantastic and for how busy it became, she was very good at making her rounds. The food was great, my kids really loved the tacos, my 5 year old pretended to faint it was that good he said. I recommend the Choripollo, chicken and chorizo covered in cheese, served with rice and beans. Definitely going back to try more. Also the area is kind of set off the road a little with a unique landscape.

Pure Mex serves delicious food that is beautifully presented. As previously posted pictures show, the restaurant has colorful and vibrant decor, as well. The service has been excellent on every visit! We had a great dinner last night, but for the unexpected peas and carrots in the rice. Perhaps the cook formerly worked in an Asian restaurant? Unfortunately, not a good addition; fortunately, it didn’t take away from the fresh flavor of my enchiladas!

We were highly disappointed in all of the food we had as well as all of the service. Everyone we encountered that worked there seemed like they absolutely hated their job and didn’t want to be there. I was shocked to see tinga on their menu. Not a very common item to see on the menu at Mexican restaurants. Given its actually an authentic Mexican dish. However first bite told me that it certainly was nothing even close to what tinga is supposed to taste like. The corn tortilla was cold. The chicken was cold with absolutely no flavor.
