This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered food to be delivered penne vodka w/sausage to be exact, my pasta came completely dry with no sausage . There was no sauce at all on it just a drizzle on the top and no meat and I called the restaurant to let them know and he said it’s not his problem. ( and there was no sauce on the bottom either)I said I’m willing to bring it back myself I just wanted the food I ordered he said no and hung up on me. I wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t order here

It’s incredibly disappointing that their food has a sour taste, making it difficult to enjoy. What’s worse is that their prices are high despite the low quality of the food. Even more frustrating is the excessive delivery time, taking over an hour to receive your order. It’s unacceptable that the delivery driver has been consistently rude and nasty, especially considering my generous tipping. The lack of professionalism and respect is concerning. It’s disheartening that the owner refuses to provide a refund when requested and even lies about his presence when asked for a receipt. It’s a clear the owner attempts to avoid accountability. I have reported his behavior to the NJ Consumer Affairs, as it’s important to bring attention to these issues. Puzo’s Pizza needs to address their poor food quality, delivery service, and customer service practices.

Good pizza, good sandwiches, decent prices, friendly staff, better as take out, dining room is not all that comfortable. Especially temperature. Cash or card. Local secret. Great for lunch or dinner. Stromboli is a favorite. Delivery seems to be fine as well. Owner is a respectful, humble man and you can tell he appreciates your business. Give him some business, you will not be dissatisfied.

These guys give you a hard time when you ask for a total if it’s busy. They’ve also messed up my order/address/phone number on several occasions and whenever I bring it to their attention I get given the cold shoulder. On one occasion I was so dissatisfied with the food I just wanted a refund and for them to take it back but was laughed at and told I’m not giving you a refund. Other times dipping sauces were forgotten and when asked about them were told “its just ranch, don’t you have some at home?” There are much better places that are consistent with their food and customer service.

Rude, nasty & obnoxious!! Have been ordering from here almost weekly for 4 years. I’m a believer in patronizing your local businesses. I Placed an order & noticed the debit was for more than it should be. Called and was told it was for 3 pies NOT the 2 I ordered, I told them I only wanted 2 & to credit my card. Some nasty man Manny then comes on and says he’s refusing to credit and isn’t wasting food. I explain I don’t need 3 pies, I’ll be wasting food! He continued to argue with me & I told him cancel the order, & I will dispute it with my bank. He hung up. 10 mins later a delivery driver shows up saying the OWNER will credit the card. Feeling bad for the kid ( he’s stuck in the middle ) I accept. 2 hrs later I get a call from Puzzos ( he had the young kid call!) and tells me they are NOT crediting my card, but instead will give me a FREE pie.. FREE??? Ummm I paid for it already!! Refusing to argue about this AGAIN I end the call & now will dispute with my bank. Manny was rude, nasty & obnoxious & will never see our business again. I’ll be sure to tell my friends & neighbors the same.

I’ve had the Buffalo chicken pizza before and just tried their Sicilian style and loved it! Great sauce and pizza was cooked perfectly for both style pies. Can’t wait to try more of their menu because they are more than pizza.

I absolutely love ordering from here! I have done take out, eat in and delivery and I have never once had an issue with my food or with a worker. To be honest they are probably some of the nicest workers. This has become a go to place for my me and my boyfriend. You guys are amazing. Just keep doing what you are doing!!! I highly recommend!
