Service could use some help, there are some people working at this place who don’t seem to care about paying attention to customers and will finish their conversations first before acknowledging you. Communication is a bit lacking so lots of times my sweet bites will be missed from my order. That and depending on the people working, it could take up to 40-45 mins to get your food. If you’re coming for lunch break you’ll probably do better to get it to go because there’s no telling if you’ll get your food in time to eat it there. The food itself is good though. They really load your pizza up if you ask for it and they always cook it well so the crust is crispy but not burnt.

Stopped by Pyros while charging up my Tesla! Kind staff, fast food, and good quality! It’s not the best pizza in the world but it’s far better than Mod or the other fast food pizzas I’ve had. Would highly recommend to those who are stopping through Memphis on their road trips!

Went here for a small bite to eat after traveling all day. I built my own buffalo chicken pizza…..I added bacon. They cook fast in a wood oven and are thin and crispy. You start with the dough and size, pick a sauce, cheese and toppings. How could you go wrong.

The food here is fairly decent. I love the concept of the line where you build your own pizza. However- customer service is non-existant. I understand the volume this location must get based on its proximity to a medical center. This doesn’t mean treat the customers with short quick questions and a total lack of friendliness. Personally I stay in the Hyatt around the corner at least 2 or 3 times a month. I am from out of state right now with my husband. I suggested this place because I know he loves pizza. This will 100% be my last trip into a Pyros pizza based on the lack of customer service. Half way through ordering I wanted to tell the girl “forget it” because of her attitude. The first time I ate here about 4 months ago I over looked this and decided to try it again. I won’t be disrespected as a customer a third time….

Had a great experience when I went here for lunch with a friend. She introduced me to the cauliflower pizza crust, which I didn’t know they had. It was really good as the base for my pesto veggie pizza. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about the ingredients. The staff was very conscious of cross contamination when handling the food.

The food here is so good, the pesto chicken calzone is insane, they also apparently have a secret online menu that isn’t available in person. The staff is hilarious and seem to really enjoy being there or around each other at least. Which makes it fun to eat there.
