So annoyed. Had to ask for our food after using the mobile app. No one ever said hello, can I get you anything, or go to hell. It felt like the later. Anyway after getting our three meat platter it had died in the back because we were missing a side an no one asked us what we wanted to exchange it for. Anyway.. After ordering the replacement side, it still didn’t come. Had to ask again. Still waiting on water to wash this dry BBQ down with, but no luck. Terrible… So annoyed.
