I don’t know if it’s just this particular location, but OMG the food is so good . I mean the flavors of the meat, the rice, veggies, sauces , dressings, etc just hit so many spots that I really just enjoy everything I eat here. Thank you for such a great experience.

Been coming here for years and honestly the quality only gets better where as I can’t say the same for the competition. The burrito bowls are packed with flavor and you can modify if the was you like it. Amazing quality and I hope they keep it up.

On June 23rd befor 8PM, my boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for the first time. We anticipated a pleasant dining experience but were left disappointed due to differential treatment. A cashier, seemingly friendly at first, later displayed bias that felt like racial discrimination. When we paid for our order, which included a salad and a QuesaBirria Quesadilla, she failed to offer us sour cream, a bag, or utensils. The following American customers received markedly better service. This discrepancy in treatment was palpable and seemed to be based on our Asian heritage. Moreover, she didn’t notify us when our Quesadilla was ready, which contrasted with her engaging and cheerful interactions with other customers. When we requested a bag for our large food order, she initially scowled but complied upon our insistence. I’m left questioning this restaurant’s customer service standards and its treatment of Asian customers. This experience of apparent bias, or racial discrimination, is a first for me in America.I will share my experience with all my friends and consider sharing this incident on YouTube to highlight the need for equal treatment. I hope to receive the store manager or regional office’s follow-up.

This was my first time visiting Qdoba and will certainly be my last. I ordered a small bites Mac and queso bowl which is listed at 3.75 on the menu, and when I asked the staff what was in it, they said brisket and toppings. Portions were extremely skimpy, not even a full scoop of Mac and cheese. When I go pay, the bowl rang up at over $6 so I ask why it’s not 3.75. they said that I got the brisket bowl, which is not what I ordered. I told them I ordered the small bites bowl and they were like ok, we can make that for you and they toss the first bowl they made. I end up when a tiny bowl that’s barely half filled and is barely 10 bites. It was flavorless, and the person making my bowl also had his mask down and coughed into my food. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

one day my brother, boyfriend and I came to have some food . The cashier judged my food and asked the guy working there what is that etc making such a scene acting like i wasn’t there. She were speaking spanish and heard everything she was saying to the guy. I come here often and felt uncomfortable afterwards…

They have BREAKFAST BURRITOS!! Drop your egg McMuffin and get here! I got the egg and chorizo burrito and it was good. The only bummer was they don’t serve coffee so I brought my yeti coffee mug. There’s a Starbucks next door so you can get coffee

Was ok, not great. The food was avg temperature and certainly could have been warmer. We waited about 5 minutes with no one in front of us before we got served. The employee added the wrong salsa to my wife’s bowl and then wouldn’t acknowledge her when she said stop. An extra scoop of chicken is $6, which is absurd seeing as how you can get a second bowl for a little over $9 with two scoops. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this location.
