Jennifer and the staff at the Qdoba in Fall River went above and beyond for us when our door dash order never got delivered. Door dash was going to have us wait until the following week for a refund. We let the staff know at Qdoba and they remade our order quickly, without question. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

The Cholula chicken is my favorite and it never disappoints. I enjoy the freshness of the ingredients, the pickled onions and the 20+ hot sauces available. I did find the server was skimpy on the portions but when I asked for more she didn’t hesitate to add nor seem annoyed by it.

Average qdoba. Pretty good food that was quick and $10.50 for chicken. Rewards app was down so the manager got on the phone and let us eat before paying. She fairly compensated us as well and overall gave us a good experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the service here, and the food was a big portion and delicious! We had never been to this restaurant before, and my MIL is somewhat fussy with her foods. The gentleman behind the counter explained everything thoroughly, and was more than patient with us and our questions! Would definitely recommend both their salads and their steak burritos!

Really nice place. Seemed very clean, including the restrooms. Nice simple menu. Which I like. No thanks to 100 average to crappy items on a menu. I would much rather have a choice of only 5 things if they’re all really good. The girl who waited on me was really nice. Friendly, and easy going. Everything I asked was responded to with a “sure”, “no problem”, or an “absolutely”. That’s what you want to hear. Their menu is set up to be like this. Basically all the entrees, except the tacos, are the same price. So you pick what you want. Burrito, burrito bowl, taco, or bowl salad, and your protein. Then they’ll throw in whatever you want.

Super awesome staff. Food is always prepared well. Very friendly service. Great location right off the highway located in a plaza, in close proximity to a movie theater. Visit frequently and never disappointed. Loving the quesadillas and bowls. (Black beans, chicken and guacomole are my favorites). Go try it Brian, Angelica, and Carmen are great and customer service is top notch.
