I’ve ordered here off DoorDash several times and never had a problem. Today I ordered a burrito with the birria shredded beef. I received my order and it had no meat in it. It was a rice burrito. I called the store to inform them (I would have called DoorDash but I was hungry so I ate it anyway) that I recieved an incorrect order. The lady who answered the phone told me she did it on purpose because “I don’t know how many orders the driver has so I don’t put meat in DoorDash or Uber eats orders.” So my food was intentionally made incorrectly. If you’re worried about food spoiling during a delivery, don’t offer DoorDash or Uber eats; don’t purposefully make an order incorrectly.

Food portion was great and delicious HOWEVER, they need to change the straws they use! As I tried to take a sip of my drink the draw was so fragile the plastic broke apart and cut my tongue!!! Very dangerous and Qdoba could potentially get sued for this. Qdoba if you’re reading this, please address it ASAP!!

Beyond awful customer service! Ordered on the Mobile app (kids meal- for my toddler) so it would be quick and easy. The staff argued with me saying the had “no ticket” for my order,kept insisting I put a wrong order time. I said I put in “ASAP” they had no clue what that meant. They said their machine doesnt do ASAP. I showed them my confirmation email saying it was completed. Still arguing with me, telling me to go call support for the app. I paid for the order, and it was completed. I said it’s probably sitting right there! SURE ENOUGH, it was there on the counter the entire time they were arguing with me. I take it, they forgot the juice. Also it was a plain cheese quesadilla (kids meal) and there were random chunks of red onion. They need to not only learn customer service, how to read a name on the bag and to not cross contaminate food. Seriously, I know it’s mall fast food but it shouldn’t be that hard to pick up a mobile order.

Whoever runs this location…should run other locations. I’ve had Q in 3 other places in NJ. This one in Wayne is superior. How can that be? I guess the manager knows what the bleep they’re doing with the food prep. Only this location from now on for me. Excellent.
