This is the most toxic Restaurant experience I have ever encountered in my life. My husband went to order at QDoba on his way to work and he was charged twice for the same bowl. When he confronted them, the guy manager had him write his name on a piece of paper and asked him to come back if he gets charged twice after the charges get posted on his bank. When the bank statement started showing that he was charged twice for the bowl, me, my husband and my brother went back to QDoba. The female manager with tattoos on her arms started to state that it’s impossible that we got charged twice and once we showed her the bank statements, she still chose to not believe us and she started to yell at us for asking for a refund and said, we should call the bank and deal with the bank instead. Then, she started making faces at us and giving us attitude. The male manager with glasses was very nice and he processed our refund. The same night, when we went bank to QDoba to order food, the female manager with tattoos came to us and asked what card we are planning on paying with and once we told her that we will use a different card to pay with, she said “you shouldn’t be ordering from here at all and why are y’all back here to order?”, we replied saying, we want food. She yelled at us saying that she won’t serve us and she asked all the other employees to not serve us. She started to humiliate us in front of all the other customers. This is very disappointing, considering the fact that we were always getting food from QDoba and now she has ruined QDoba for us and my friends and family. It was very devastating to see a manager of a restaurant calling us names and pointing fingers at us and refusing to serve us because of the fact that QDoba charged us twice.I can’t believe that a manager treats customers with such disrespect and has the guts to disrespect and humiliate customers in front of everyone. Don’t understand how a place can be this unprofessional. Not only do they make incorrect charges in your order but there is a rude black manager lady who instead asks irreverent questions and causes a scene for a thing that can be solved in 2 seconds. We went there and that lady is asking what date while we clearly show her the bank statement of incorrect charge. Then she proceeded to be rude and extremely unprofessional. Rest of the workers were nice but people like her cause an uncomfortable environment for customers and workers there alike. Suggest to do an investigation on her and maybe transfer her somewhere else or fire her. She is clearly unfit to run any place and needs some counselor to help her figure out things.

I used to really like this place, but I haven’t gone for some years since their controversial food contamination issue. Nevertheless I went back the other day and I must say the burrito was filling but somewhat flavorless. I had gotten the rice, chicken, white beans, tomato, lettuce, other toppings and etc, however it just wasn’t flavorful. I did really care for the locker room theme for the bathroom. It was too dim and with the dirty sink at the time, it really gave a yucky feeling. Aside from that, the restaurant lay was decent and comfortable.

The workers are so rude here I calmly called and asked nicely would they be able to put a decent amount of chicken in my bowl. He instantly became combative and hung up on me. Then I call back and a young woman picks up and the first thing out here mouth is “hello, what is it that you want? Because I’m trying to be nice” I normally get a nice guy who always answers back in the proper manner. I’m a black man myself but at what point do we grow up and quit with the ghetto nasty routine? It’s embarrassing! And if something happens to my food I will be suing respectfully!

The food is pretty bad. No flavor at all. I love to eat and I don’t like to waste food but I took to bites and tossed it. Even my kid was like yuck. 1st and last time ordering Qdoba. Even the quest taste like thousand island dressing. Never been in for service do n/a on that but legit no flavor In their so called Cilantro lime rice ….I got a Cilantro lime shrimp burrito and veggie nachos. Very disappointed and. Waste of damn near $30 because I ordered uber eats so fees and all…Wish I could get my money back but now I know

Spent of $30 on lunch; they send chips with NO guacamole; the rice is cold. I phone the store and the customer service person told me that I can come and get it myself or apply for a refund. I was expecting them to bring me the guacamole. This was my first time ordering and my last!

Good luck trying to order anything from this location an hour before they close. They ignore the order until it gets so late that they cancel it. Only saving grace is the food is alright when they actually feel like making it.
