This place has gone down hill since last summer. Horrible management. Food is either burnt or not done correctly. Manager is rude beyond words. Gives 5 pieces of meat rushes you down the line and tries to put chips and queso onto you. She also overprices. She is rude beyond words to her staff I go in here often I can’t stand to see her fake smile covering her rudeness, I try to go at night when she is not there but my kids love to come to the store after school. Whoever has been hiring managers needs to do better. Qdoba needs to do better.

Derrick was an absolute pleasure. I came into qdoba tottenville square with my family and explained it was my first time there. He explained every single selection, allowed us to try whatever we wanted , greeted us with a smile. The food was great the service was better. Place is absolutely terrible. Ordered from Grubhub and my order was completely messed up. Both orders said no beans and there’s more beans than the extra meat I ordered for both. Asked for utensils and didn’t get any. Asked for sauce and got nothing. Wasted my money and I’m never ordering from this Qdoba again let alone go in person with the absolutely terrible service and small portions.

Went here with my mom on Sunday, Sept 11 and had a great experience. Normally at food places like this, the employees just take your order and want you out. The employees that were there around 3:00 were so amazing I cannot say enough good things about them. It was a boy and 2 girls. They were so sweet and took their time to explain things to my mom about the menu and even helped us bring our food to our table. To the manager, if you’re reading this, give them a fat raise!!!
