You can definitely tell it is a mass produced, fast food type of restaurant. Quite underwhelming, although edible. There are many other far better options in the area and across Pittsburgh. I ordered the create your own bowl/build your own bowl with pulled pork, corn, pinto beans, and brown rice. It also came with a side of chips.

The corner location for this franchise is what has kept this little spot in business. While “Mexican” spicy food is not good for me and there is plenty of artificial and natural spicy food here…I get the one item that is not overly spicy…I get three hard corn chicken tacos with Pico, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, a brownie,, and it comes with a drink. It was good. And I am not a “foodie”…. but I was hungry. Free Parking is also a hassle there, as expected.

so they accidentally gave my uber eats driver the wrong order, and when i came in to get it remade because i still wanted the food, the manager gave me the remade order and the original order that was not correctly picked up free of charge. she was so nice about it even though i was hangry!! the food ended up being so worth it and it was all made very well. i’m really sorry for my hangry attitude and i appreciate the wonderful service! give them raises they worked so hard to get everything done speedy <3

I hate giving out 5 stars for a chain, but I’ve probably eat here 30 times a year and it’s consistently solid. Usually clean, the fountain machine works, and the food is usually pretty solid.

The new management or something needs to change. Been going here for a decade and recently have had all worse experience. Every time I come here (only location in pgh) , the workers are so clueless and never know what to do or what’s going on. THE SERVINGS has been less and less but they still charge so much. The add-ons seem rarely fresh. Workers like to butt into conversations and say it cost extra for little more scoop (but honestly. The servings are so terrible.) They are always running out of stuff. I would not recommend this location anymore and just go somewhere else. I’m pretty sure it’s the management. The new workers are strange.
