Ordered online, delivered via DoorDash with half the order entirely missing. Texted Driver he said he was given one bag, call restaurant. Called restaurant 3 times, kept ringing with no answer. The only way to contact is via an online form. Now I have to drive there while my party at home waits to get the missing order. You’d think they’d get their deliveries down by now….

Love the food but this place needs a lot more employees. Every time I order online I end up waiting 30-40 min at the store for the food even though I arrive at the time the food is supposed to be ready. They are very unapologetic as well. Once I had to drive back and forth (home to this location) 3 times to get my food (couldn’t wait at the store because of work). Even then there wasn’t even a basic “sorry”. Ridiculous

I have mixed feelings about this place. Only reason I come here is because I hate chipotle. This Qdoba made me love coming here, but lately it’s just been going down hill since last year. I always order take out and it sucks that I always have to wait for them to hand me my order when I clearly see it on the shelf, besides that, my order is never right anyway. I always stop in during my lunch hour and have a limited amount of time to get the food, eat it, and head back to work. So therefore having to wait for someone to hand me my food while I stand there 10 minutes is very inconvenient.

Do yourselves a favor and close down. You cannot redeem this place. Qdoba is hiring employees who act as if they’re lowlife careless individuals while at work who do not know how to safely handle or make food and will ignore their customers. The counter was absolutely trashed with cheese sauce, sour cream, shredded cheese and everything else. The kitchen floor had food on the floor. How? It’s basically buffet style. My 5 year old son me and husband were in there and the staff kept giving us an evil eye and one said to the other after 10 minutes “you gonna take care of them” she replied “NO”. We wound up walking out. No one in front no one behind. I now know why. And the time before this the food was cold and tasteless. Never again.
