I had never been here before and honestly whoever’s working at 12 on Tuesdays, they all deserve a raise. Because there service was top notch, it actually couldn’t have been better, it was a vibe. And I’m going to come back mostly because the service was so good, the food was good too, I think I need to try some other things also . The guacamole and queso was free which I was surprised compared to chipotle, gauc was kind of meh though. But it was free so that’s cool

Love the food here. Have never had an issue. However I picked up a to go order today and my side of guacamole, sour cream, and pico were not included in my bag. It is very disappointing not to have those items once I returned home. after calling the restaurant to see about some sort of credit for my next purchase, they only offered for me to come back into the store tonight which I can’t do. If I drove all the way back to the store, picked up the sides, all my food would be cold by the time I returned home. There should be some sort of that or process when these types of mistakes are made.

I frequent this location often and today (around 1pm)I had to make it a point to commend the current staff. Since they were a little busy during my visit today I wasn’t able to let them all know they are doing a wonderful job. Prior to them the staff wasn’t very welcoming and the service was poor. To the young lady and gentlemen on the line thank you for you outstanding customer service! Also to Kendall whom I spoke with briefly when I contacted them I hope this location continues providing great service.

Placed an order online. Went to pick it up at the promised time. Went in there, the guy was fumbling. He doesn’t know “the deal”. “It doesn’t make sense”. He said, “ ok can you hold on?” I said ok. He then went to help take the other’s order. I sat down. Waited for 15 mins giving him more time to make it. I stood up and asked, “so, what’s going on? Are you going to make it? Am I supposed to wait a little longer? I don’t mind but you have to communicate with he.” He said, “ oh ok can you hold on. (Talks to fellow coworkers and the other coworker said to double check if I got the correct address and I showed her the order confirmation that it is indeed the correct one. He said, “sorry the printer wasn’t working can you read me your order he then rushed to do it. He then said, “oh we don’t have chips. I said it’s ok. He said are you sure? I said well if you don’t have any you don’t have any what can you do? Nothing. Here’s our disgusting $20 something dinner that ended up in the trash.
