Zero Tolerance
Hispanic customers seem to get priority as it relates to customer service, portions, wait times and fast checkouts. It consistently happens and is not nearly as discreet as they may think that it is. I am tired of overlooking it. Therefore, my dollars and business are better entrusted to Taco Bamba, Chipotle, or another Qdoba location. On second thought, I may just avoid Qdoba altogether. The food is good but at the end of the day, it’s just not worth it and this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended.

Qdoba is redeemed! I went here for a steak burrito bowl and I couldn’t have been happier with it. The flavor was perfect and the portion was generous. What a nice surprise after going to the Williamsburg, Va location and witnessing it gradually get worse for years.

Not sure if another qdobe is close. I like the brisket bowl extra cilantro and the queso has several varieties. They also serve tacos quesadillas, and burritos if you like.

Qdoba is the answer to every single problem I have with Chipotle. They are never “out” of ingredients, they never skimp on your portion, they don’t upcharge for guac (prices overall are better) and the service at this location blows away the seven corners Chipotle (rudest staff ever, seriously go check for yourself).

Reliably good. Everything is freshly made and flavorful. I wish they didn’t stuff the burritos so full that they usually fall apart, towards the end, but when I’m hungry, the extra food is appreciated. The crew here is disciplined and productive. If I order ahead, it’s always ready when I arrive.

We come here regularly and just had an absolutely terrible experience. Everything about the order was wrong wrong wrong and when I pointed out that they were getting everything confused the girl at the register rolled her eyes at me. Even left the store and still had to come back because it still was not right. Was given no receipt otherwise I would file a formal complaint.
