My first time here trying because of a friend who gave them a big compliment. They were out of the mango salsa when I got there which is what my friend recommended. The gentleman behind the counter was very to get my order placed. I ordered a chicken bowl with all sorts of spicy stuff in it. It was actually very good. It’s a matter of fact I think it’s above Moe’s quality. The downside is they don’t give you free chips and salsa like Moe’s. The sweet tea was very good and properly sweetened. The gentleman even came by my table to check on me to see if I was doing okay. I told him the bowl he made was delicious. This place is close to my house so I won’t have to make more trips there.

I was doing some birthday shopping in the friendly center and decided to get lunch here, first the building is so run down now the restaurant looks really bad honestly but against my better judgement I decided to get the nachos with chicken. The chicken had a very old and reheated taste so I decided to not eat it and ate only the chips and cheese. I now have a stomach ache and chills the night before my birthday..I would not recommend.

The inside of the restaurant needs a total makeover. The tables were dirty and a booth was broken. The store appeared very aged and not what one would expect at Friendly Center. They were out of a lot of food items despite it being hours before closing. The portions were unusually small. The taste of the food was very sub-par. I’m definitely not one for heavy seasoning, but it was no taste whatsoever. My family and I were very very disappointed.

Probably my last time going here…asked for nachos with chips on the side..so chips wouldn’t be soggy and of course chips are in bowl and on side burrito’s wrapped horribly again.. was there to pick up order guy stopped making my order to help another customer..I was a little confused since my order was already paid for.. and they were not short staffed…

I walked in expecting the awesome restaurant I always travel to including West Virginia and Charlottesville Virginia as I drove 2 hours to walk into a place that was undesirable and ended up ordering to give the place a chance spent about 20$ and had some chips and Queso and 2 bites of my veggie bowl and 30 minutes later my stomach was killing me and I ended up having to pull over and go to the restroom and it was miserable the rest of the way home. I really think that this place needs some help. The two people working were very friendly they were the only good thing about this place. Two people were running this whole place by the way!!!! I really hope that this restaurant gets the help that they need because I think it will definitely bring down the Qdoba name if it continues to be like this!!!!

The customer service here is truly terrible. I paid for everything online and the employee still refused to add toppings that were literally on the printout on her hand. After showing her coworker the printout (and he confirmed that I ordered those items), she insisted that she’d add them if I paid her extra. Grimy business practices by this employee. Definitely pocketing funds. Won’t be ever back.
