The younger lady (didn’t catch her name) who was working there this afternoon was very skimpy with the portion sizes as if it was her own personal food. Would have been three stars but the two gentlemen working with her were actually reasonable with the other sides and chips I got. I could tell they cared about making an enjoyable meal for me, but her, not so much.

Some of the Employees clearly don’t want to be there. Wanted to go behind the counter and make my own food!! Chicken quesadillas where good. Nothing like the picture tho soggy not crunchy.. we also got a beef bowl and just so inconsistent with quantities. A drop of this a big handful of that tons of this a pinch of that! It’s ridiculous how stuff is not measured out.. like a spoon full or cup full. Just very random. I guess in my opinion all of these places like this have the same issues! You have a 50/50 chance of getting a good meal..

Most likely will not be back. Sanitation rating of 90. Menu prices are not the same as register prices. When I asked about it the cashier said their prices had changed. Even if they had, they should update the menu board to reflect the new prices. Food tasted fine however the freshness of some ingredients was questionable (lettuce was browning)

I’ll be honest with you I know I came in 40 mins before close, I’ve worked in a food industry and i used to have to wait till the whole line was through even after closing time. Only came in to get my order Togo. So to see them clean 40 mins before closing time and getting the service we had was just down right rude. I mean I don’t ask to be treated like royalty but i do ask to be treated with simple human respect. Just in a rush to leave and had bad attitudes. I mean I get it you’re tired but to me thats your job and that what you get paid for. The food will always be good but the service was just disappointing.

After shopping at Costco, we decided to eat at Qdoba as the Chipotle is not super great in this area. We ordered Veg Burrito bowl and everything was fresh and good. Crystal provided great service at this location. She also gave a free cheese Quesadilla to my daughter. I will surely come back next time !!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place has gone downhill fast. A bunch of incompetent teens working here with seemingly no adult supervision. Took over 40 minutes to get one burrito that was ordered online. Then they were out of steak and said they couldn’t make more. Then refuses to issue me a credit or refund. They need to shut this place down until they can properly staff and train their employees

I had a tmobile Tuesday offer I prefer to order with the cashier instead of ordering online but the cashier had no idea what tmobile Tuesday was and there wasn’t a barcode for him to scan and I ask him if he could take off $5 off manually he said no. I left because I would of had to sign up, order through app, and put in promo code just took time. Ordering in store was less of a hassle vs online.
