The staff is unprofessional and the food is Mediocre. In the afternoon, it’s dead, food looks old. Staff members standing around not doing anything. Got gloves on and touching their faces and hair. Talking mess about customers. Grow up!

They deserve zero stars for their bad attitudes and horrible customer service. I ate there three times in the past two weeks and every time they were extremely rude to every customer. They lost my business; I’ll go to the panda express next to Qdoba from now on. I posted the first part before reading other reviews. It seems there’s a trend that the food is pretty good but some of the employees are consistently horrible. Instead of posting apologies here, how about taking action and firing your substandard employees? I can get the names of the three women who are always rude, but you probably already know who they are. If Susi (by named in a couple reviews for being bad) is an older lady that is short, with short gray hair and wears glasses, then add me to the list of former customers that dealt with her bad attitude.

Absolutely appalled by the service that was just provided by Susi. Whoever in their right mind thought it would be a good idea to hire her to work with customers was definitely desperate. She was extremely rude to both my husband and I as we paid for our food. She was put out by having to put our food into a bag and gave a smart remark about it. Then she proceeded to continue to be rude when my husband just eyed the bag of chips for the nachos we ordered. It was well under filled and pre-packaged any other time we have purchased the nachos the bag was filled up in front of us. The chips are stale and most are broken and she yelled at us and told us that is all we are getting ripped the chips from my husband and shoved them in the bag. She also failed to provide us with our receipt and as we were walking away she continued to make disrespectful comments towards us. For her alone I will tell others not to use that location and will never go there again. Qdoba is one of my favorite food places and will either use the PX or just go elsewhere in general I refuse to pay money to a place that thinks that is the quality of service that should be provided. She picked the place where she chose to work if she dislikes people so much or providing them service then she shouldn’t work somewhere where she is helping customers face to face all day.

The food is always excellent here and the portions are pretty great! (I get the bowl usually) I have not been back in a few weeks, but today’s visit was good with one exception; Susi. Whoever hired her must have been desperate. Not only was she rude to the customers, she was VERY rude to the other workers on the line. This would be a 5 star review if it wasnt for her!

Service was very very slow. Instead of working together to finish orders, two workers watched one struggle to complete orders that were taken. I literally watched food be made for 15 min before I was acknowledged. I understand be busy. However, everyone watching one person be overwhelmed while customers stand in line for extended periods of time is unacceptable. Was there a manager present? Who was in charge? Can this be fixed?
