Absolutely amazing customer service. I ate dinner at this location on Saturday night at around 7pm and every employee there was so patient and nice. I was with my family which included an elderly woman and a two year old so, ordering was not easy! The lady on the line was super patient and whom I believe was the shift manager helped us carry the food to the table since my hands where full. We will absolutely visit again. Kudos to management and the team here!

Wow, i know people do not want to work but the ones that are there should not be employed. They seemed like they hated life. Screwed up our pickup order by giving us half. Then my wife went in and got the other half upon inspection found the tacos were 99% jalapenos and almost no meat. Had to have them remade. Got home and that’s all I got meat, no toppings as specified. Hire right or close doors. We will not be returning.

My boyfriend and I came to have lunch here on Monday. (Memorial Day) The food was good could be a little bit hotter but taste wise it was it was good. The service how ever is another story. We walk in we didn’t get greeted. There was two employees and one manager I’m assuming it was a manager because she was in a different attire. She had blonde hair. When we walk up to order I seen both employees working the line had head phones, the one making our food even laughed at whatever she was listening to and never once acknowledged us. We felt the head phones while working with customers to be very rude. She also was just smacking on gum while making my food which I found to be disgusting. I worked many years in the food industry and these types of behaviors weren’t tolerated and it’s just sad how low the bar is set at this corporate establishment. After spending the amount we did on two simple things probably won’t be going back really just due to the service and lack of customer service. You should hire your employee standards Qdoba
