Chicken Adobo. Wow! Best Mexican food I have tasted in 25 years. My first best experience was a sit down restaurant on the south side of Milwaukee. I never eat at fast food ethnic inspired restaurants. This is my first time eating at Qdoba. Whoever is the cook at this Qdoba in the Orlando airport, knows exactly what they are doing. So flavorful. Food is not overpriced. Portions are big. Enough for 2. Every single worker (5 total) that I encountered was pleasant, attentive, friendly, respectful. Could not ask for better service and food. And they were all great at multi-tasking. They were taking care of three separate parties at the same time, without missing a beat. And without ignoring anyone. I only have one big regret…..I did not tip, as I don’t know when fast food restaurants started taking tips. And I didn’t have cash to go back and tip. I chose this restaurant out of four options at the Orlando airport. When I got to the counter, I saw that the veggies were out. I asked about the variations in the rice and asked to taste the two proteins. I let the young woman serving me behind the counter, who I later found out was the manager, know that I had no problem waiting for vegetables to be cooked. She informed me it would take about 15 minutes. From the start I felt she was very rude towards me. I chalked it up to having a bad day, or that was just her personality. While I waited for the vegetables to be cooked I observed her serve two or three other people. She was much friendlier and used the word sir and ma’am when addressing them. Once the vegetables were cooked I approached the counter again, and once again received the cold, rude service from her. As I move down the line the young man who had observed me waiting offered an apology and told me he was sorry for my wait. This further gave me the feeling that this young woman was being rude toward me specifically, and for what reason I do not know. Frustrated, I called her over to let her know I was displeased with how I’ve been treated. She was very rude again and did not apologize for her behavior. Instead she told me rather coldly that she had informed me that the vegetables would be 15 minutes, again not offering an apology for not having them ready to go or apologizing for my wait as her employee had done before her. I walked away wishing I had not spent my money in a restaurant with an employee that treated me do rudely, and had it not been for the fact that my flight was about to leave, I would have left my food and not paid.

Rudest lady working there Judy was super rude to consumers. She gave me about half size portions and ignored me when I asked for more. I am not confrontational so I just took it. But I eat Qdoba all the time at home and always have great service. Makes me wanna just stop eating the chain all together after the experience she presented today. Super unfortunate. She favored certain consumers over others. Was nothing but nice to her as well.

First off, let me begin by saying that I usually love Qdoba. There is a location at my university, & that is always my first choice whenever eating on campus. However, the airport location is seriously lagging behind in regards to quality control.

Although food is actually good, the employees are the most rudest people you can encounter. I was waiting in line awaiting my food when the lady behind the counter was speaking so negative about the other customers (she did not know I understood Spanish). She was calling their food “sh$$” in Spanish. I do now know how they can have such negative people working there!!

The worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. As I was waiting on line, the employee got into a fight with one of the customers simply because she asked for chips with queso on it but mistakenly referred to them as nachos. The employee then stormed out and other people from the back had to come out and help the line.

Waited 45 minutes while they were closed for no water to find out their quesadilla machine was broken and they couldn’t figure out how to make a cheese quesadilla without one. They used all the food that had been sitting out almost an hour to fill orders when they reopened.

I was at MCO and decided on Qdoba, what a mistake. Not only was I met by the most miserable staff I have ever seen, it was followed up with hard rice and mediocre food at best.
