I ordered a nacho bowl the brown rice was undercooked if cooked at all. I didn’t receive any nachos and the server rushed me through the line. I work on campus at UofL my name tag is visible. It will be the last time I eat from this location. I would rather save my money and bring leftovers to my office or go to the fourth street live location (where I know I will get my monies worth with less attitude for absolutely no reason). Hire better candidates because your staff truly doesn’t care about great service or retaining customers. This was not my first off experience at your location but it was definitely the worst.

Ordered pick up last night and the experience was good but the quality was absolutely horrible. We got two burritos and both tasted just like plain rice, couldn’t taste anything else. Almost all of the ingredients we requested to be in our burritos were not there and that kind of sucks being that we paid over $20 for two burritos. They forgot to put almost everything we asked for in our burritos. Please do better.

Visited this Qdoba while seeing a friend and was very disappointed. As far as Auntie atmosphere upon walking into the restaurant the door is covered in handprints and dirt. While in line I observed messy food containers and food all over the counter not being wiped. There were flies in the establishment and a cutting board unattended and uncovered. Overall terrible experience. And other cheese inside the containers were very old and needed to be cooked. I could taste the rice in my bowl was hard and crunchy from being dried out. Nothing was covered. I can barely eat this. And I’d like to get my $21 back. However, the employees seemed very laid back and chill.. probably because they weren’t cleaning.

I ordered the 3 cheese nachos via UberEats. The chips were missing from my order and the nachos were covered in mostly queso and shredded cheese with little to no veggies or meat. I went to the store to see about getting the chips that were suppose to be sent with my order & adding meat & veggies to compare to the overload of cheese, the cashier spoke to the manager & was told that those are their portions anything extra was a surcharge (understandable) I asked if the manager would accommodate being I ordered delivery & had to leave work to have my order corrected, the manager never came to the register, instead had the cashier speak for her. I asked to speak to the manager & was greeted with attitude after standing at the counter for 3-5 minutes, ignored. The manager said she doesn’t have to accommodate & if I wanted a free drink I could have one & leave. EVERYTIME I come to this location the manager is rude, unprofessional. She’s prepared orders & touched money & ink pens with the same gloves, not bothering to replace gloves or sanitize. The crew members lack customer service & politeness. The store is never stocked, spills everywhere, the tables are nasty & customers have to wipe them down themselves before seating.

Mean as hell walking in. Tried to gas light me into believing I went to the wrong place even though I showed her the receipt with address. Lost 35 dollars because they confirmed the order on door dash, but then said they didn’t get it. Hoping that door dash will get me my money back bc they refused to help. Apparently not the first time this has happened there. I don’t complain about fast food unless my money gets taken. 35 dollars is a lot of money to someone like me, so I would’ve appreciated a little effort to help me get it back since it was probably their fault.

So today approximately around 1:15 I had went in got two Steak bows, But as the Lady was preparing the bowls I had mentioned the last time I cam here the Rice wasn’t done, So she said well most of the employees don’t know how to Cook it. I was so excited to eat my food when me in my daughter got home the Rice was hard as a Brick. Im so disappointed. She said bring it back in, But I traveled to far away. Please train yall workers to properly Cook Rice. Nice Ladies overall

I absolutely love Qdoba! I could eat here at least 3 times a week. Never disappoints. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Not to mention the queso. I could literally live off of the stuff. Lol!
