They were out of chips- or really just couldn’t make them because they were out of oil, and I usually get the three cheese nachos so that was a bummer. The food was semi-warm but it wasn’t warm enough to melt the shredded cheese on top (like it usually does). The drink station was a mess and the machine was completely out of most sodas, and since there was next to no customers in the restaurant- the employees should have taken care of that stuff. The floors were also wet with what looked like spilled drinks by the drink machine, with no wet floor sign out which is dangerous. Terrible experience both this time and the last time I went to this location. Would not recommend anytime soon.

Often Wrong
The manager of the store, bald white guy with glasses, gave me an attitude when I asked how much cheese I was allowed to get. Then got smart with my friends and cussed at them when they called him out on giving them less than they gave me. We were nothing but polite. Pleases and thank yous the whole way

The bald white gentleman, who is a manager to say the least, was extremely disrespectful and rude. We came in as a group of 4, very polite with all workers. He served 2 of us and gave hateful comments about extra queso and copped an attitude about cost. Everyone was well aware extra cheese means extra money and we’re willing to pay. When we expressed our displeasure with him insinuating we couldn’t afford our food, he got even louder with us and retreated to the back to hide. Wouldn’t waste my time at this location. There’s others near by with way better service.

First off I wanna say they have friendly staff but it’s ridiculously I placed an online order and got there and they told me that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes because they had to make rice. I’ve never heard of rice taking 20 minutes to cook. I’m very disappointed in my visit and won’t be coming back they didn’t even offer anything like my money back or anything even with my food being very late.

Love this location. So glad we have one now. The food is always great. My favorite is the queso and chips. Always have to have it. The burritos are awesome. I can only eat half and save the other half for another meal. 🙂 This location is always has friendly staff and it’s very clean.
