Worst day at Qdoba today. The guy at the counter is illiterate and doesn’t have any decency towards customers from different nationalities. He makes himself doesn’t understand what we say and speaks very loud to the customers and coworkers.

This location used to be the best one in town. I really don’t know what happened. The food was always fresh. Staff was friendly. It was kept clean and stock. Not anymore! I’m going to have to find a new location.

We came in to eat at 8 pm and was met with a rude young/teenage girl to take our order. We felt as if we were a burden to her night. The food was very sub par, and sloppy… our kids taco meal even only had a half of a shell, which we could’ve gotten fixed at the store, but we were informed that the lobby was closed and we had to take it to go, so we didn’t know until we got home. Customer service is huge in this industry, so you may want to keep this in mind while doing your hiring. Having people like this as the face of your business can be detrimental to your image. Very dissatisfied family dinner.

Best q doba yet. The guy in the cowboy hats w the radio voice makes the best burritos period. He should train all others. I want him to read me bed time stories. He is the next Morgan Freeman . Have this guy do your corporate training videos. The bathrooms were clean as well .

When I walked in there were two girls up front talking and they both walked off when I was walking towards the counter to order. One of them finally walked over and asked what I wanted and was extremely rude and was rushing me. I asked twice for queso and she insisted there was some on there. Of course there wasn’t. The only thing she got right was the steak and rice. I’m not exaggerating at all. Then she had the audacity to ask for a tip. It was obvious she didn’t want to be there and doesn’t care about her job. She needs to be retrained or find a new job. This happened on 7/1/23 around 9:45 pm.

The WORST Qdoba! A couple teenagers standing around doing absolutely nothing, but they don’t have any salad shells or chips made. But they doing NOTHING when I walk in. Asked if I wanted to wait 30mins for them to fry those things. Qdoba paying them to do nothing.

Food was good, as expected. The customer service was not. I don’t know if they were just having a bad day, but the grumpiness and lack of a smile, or even an upbeat look, was not needed. And, there was a dead roach on the floor in the eating area. Gross! Good thing there are other locations. Won’t be returning to this one.
