Not sure where to begin… Customer service was less than sub par. The woman starting the food procession was very rude and short. Was new here and wanted to know about certain items but she seemed irritated answering simple questions. The place was messy and dirty, especially where the food and drink counter were. There were even employee shoes where the delivery pick stand was. SO GROSS. Very disappointed with this place and first time experience. Better training with customer service and cleanliness needed. Off to Chipotle.

I used to work here a couple years ago. It’s never been the nicest place but the food is usually pretty good. However, the staff are almost always in a bad mood and often take their frustrations out on the guests. It was awful working here, management is rude and they do not respect or care for the wellbeing of their staff or customers. Genuinely disappointing, if they could keep food stocked and cook it correctly, this place would probably be pretty good. But until then, I wouldn’t recommend going to the Qdoba on Tiverton.

The food is good for the most part. Most of the time fresh. All the workers have bad attitudes like you’re bothering them. The girl manager that always has a mask on, I believe the GM from what I can tell, acts like each chip is coming out of her personal paycheck. It used to be you could get one of the brown bags of chips for $2 and the small white bag you could get for free. With ANY entree. Now she can’t give me a few chips in the white bag because I “didn’t get a bowl”. Extremely off putting. You cant give me a few chips to eat with my meal? I’m not paying $2 extra for all of maybe 7/8 chips I wouldve had with my burrito. If it wasn’t so close to my work I wouldn’t go back ever. The one in Palomar Centre has always been superior. You run people off when you act like that. No one is making you keep this job if you are that miserable you have to treat customers like that.

We avoided this location for a year because of it’s reputation and generally terrible reviews on Google and from locals. Stopped by today instead of driving 15 minutes to the good one and was pleasantly surprised that the staff when I went in was genuinely trying to do well.

I always come here for chips and queso on T-Mobile Tuesdays when they have the $5 off coupon. The final bargain turns out to be 0.28 cents. This Qdoba was my go to in Lexington. Pickup was always fast and painless. However expect to have to tell them that you are here for pickup. The food is not often waiting for you on the pickup shelf. This location is hopping every time I come here.

We ordered the grilled chicken family meal with extra queso, fajita veggies, and corn tortillas, and I can safely say it was not only an amazing deal, their Pico was fresh and full of flavor and so was the cilantro lime rice. Very good, ready on time, and good value!!!!

Who serves a cold burrito? The restaurant was filthy with a pile of garbage bags by the door. The manager came and stocked spoons with dirty gloves after cleaning something. The girl who made our food was rude and treated us like we were dumb.

To start the place smells like a dirty sock. I watched my quesadilla be sloppily thrown into a Togo box after watching half the chicken get squished out of it. The chips are burnt and taste awful. Currently picking at my $18 meal wishing I would’ve spent my money elsewhere
