I think this Qdoba might be a victim of “shrinkflation” — the portions are noticeably smaller than a year or two ago. I’m probably not the only one who has noticed; crowds are much smaller here too.

This is the only qudoba in lexington that really meets all the expectations, they’re clean and the staff seem to always be very positive. always a wonderful experience, even during a rush they are very appreciative of our patience. 🙂

After walking in to the store to get lunch with our coworkers, the manager on shift claimed since we did not call ahead, that they can’t serve us and we would have to go somewhere else. What would have happened if it was a normal Lunch rush? Do they commonly stop serving food when it gets too long? We weren’t the only individuals in the store.

Service was incredibly slow. I have moved 5 feet in line in 20 minutes. Still 20 feet even to the counter to order. The staff is not working quickly, but instead joking around and having their own conversations. They have earned in and do not care that the line is wrapped around the store.

The place was nice and so were the people. My burrito was missing the sour cream and cheese, but I am more disappointed in the corporate changes. I was disappointed that it was a regular soda machine and not the coke machine with 1000 flavors. I don’t mind no straws, but the lidd don’t close and have no way to mark the soda flavor. It was unsafe to transport. I will not be buying drinks from Qboda anymore.

I place a order online and when I got my food it was like there was barely anything on it. I asked for cilantro and there was all of 6 pieces, NO sour cream in, barely any salsa, they forgot my queso, barely any rice, so it was pretty much tortilla chips and a tiny bit of everything else if that bc some ingredients were missing. If I’m paying 10$+ I should everything I ask for and not a skimpy amount of it either.

Very disappointed after my last visit. They used to give you heaping spoonfuls of what you asked for, now it’s not even a full spoonful. Prices are the same and the amount of food I got was portioned as if it was for my 8 year old nephew. Makes you wonder what a kids portion looks like… A single grain of rice most likely. They no longer recognize what a smothered burrito is. They are more interested in putting to go orders together than in-person orders. I just won’t be back. I’ll go to one of the other chains in Lexington that are actually interested in in-person service and give more appropriate portions. Can’t believe I paid for this… Actually went next door to Walmart to make more food for after the three minute this would take to consume. Very disappointed, if you couldn’t tell.
