Service is terrible. No one knows what they’re doing. They don’t put points on your receipt anymore. And you can’t even get a print out bc the cashier. Forgot her glasses and had the thermal paper upside down.. food quality has went way down. And portions are small..

It took 25 minutes waiting in line before I could even order! That is not acceptable at all. Check out the pictures of the empty seating area and long line waiting to order. People are able to eat and leave faster than people can order. The managers response was “it is a complicated situation” whatever that means. My day is now more complicated because of their painfully slow staff. The food tasted good but not worth the wait. I will never “run out quick” to get lunch from this location.

You can tell the people who work there don’t care at all. The food is sloppy and my order is made differently every time. Today I watched someone yell at a customer who was just picking up his food. Even though it’s the only one on this side of town, I’ll make the drive to the other one from now on.

I ordered through the app. The burrito was poorly wrapped and fell apart after opening. The rice was so salty that it was hardly edible. I counted 5 pieces of chicken while suffering through the first half of the burrito. I could not finish the remaining half and had to throw it away.

MOST SKIMPY AMOUNT OF MEAT EVER! I’m done with this establishment as a whole. You all need to give a correct portion of meat and then charge extra for guacamole or something. It’s laughable protein portions. We aren’t fooled.
