Today, Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 1:05 p.m., we had terrible service. The lady was in a bad mood attending to people, she didn’t even come close to asking or attending to people, turning her back and in a bad mood. unfortunately when customer service is bad any business goes bankrupt! The food is delicious but the attention is a complete disaster.

Paid $13 for my bowl and my toddlers and got half a scoop of rice in each and barely any meat. Toddler bowl didn’t even get a full scoop of guacamole and didn’t include an apple sauce or chips for the toddler. Thanks for nothing!

I ordered 3 bowls and a burrito. They only got one of the bowls correct. They completely messed all the other entrees. When i called to have the order fixed, they didnt even have a number!! Waste of money!!! Will not order from them again!!!

I didn’t have a problem with the food itself really. It was good. What i do have a problem with was the lack of professionalism from the servers. Firstly whenever they put the food in the bowls they slam stuff around and a lot of the ingredients get mixed up together so even though i asked for cheese that cheese ended up having 3 different other things in it that i didn’t want (like spicy sauce). Secondly 2 of the servers were out there arguing about something in front of the customers and i don’t think that’s how you’re supposed to present yourself in front of customers especially in an open kitchen. Please talk to your staff and make sure they maintain professionalism and work neatly around the kitchen.
