Asked about portions and got a terrible attitude in return. I was polite and the employee kept coming and coming to argue with me about the amount of chicken that was given. Never seen anything like that. Never gave a Google review before, so I hope this shows the flaws within the establishment. Picture shows almost no chicken, and the price we paid, we would expect something at least mediocre.

Gotta say, the best mexican food chain ever! Chipotle on court street is not good, the protein doesn’t pop at all. However QDOBA is wonderful, their changing protein option always surprises me. I have been craving birria tacos, but I don’t know where i can get those in this town. But Qdoba had it, and here I am reminiscing that juicy brisket. I’m sure it doesn’t even come close to the authentic one, but in athens, you gotta take what you can get! And please get their guac! Their guacamole is fresh, not from the frozen avocados like other restaurants. I will be back, QDOBA!

My impossible rice bowl was so good. Everything was clean and rest rooms were really clean. But what stood out to me the most was there was an elderly couple where the older gentleman could not hear at all and it was the first time they had ever been to the restaurant. Your staff kept trying with patience to help him figure out what he would want and explain how to order. There might have been a few people behind me but I so appreciated them just trying to explain and help him. I work in restaurant as a manager and love when I see a restaurant take their time and help the guests. Loved the food but now like this place even more. Thank you for your kindness. Sorry I didn’t get your employee name it was a man around 1:15 today.

My experience is that Customer service has always been top notch here. Weather they’re slow or so busy that cannot keep up. The staff are always professional and have great communication skills. I ordered for delivery online and I got a chulula chicken BOWL. I ordered this under the bowl tab and it says BOWL ON THE RECEIPT and yet it came as a burrito. It took 45 mins which isn’t a big deal unless ur order is screwed up. first time here and disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at Qdoba, where both the food and service were top-notch. The flavorful burrito bowl exceeded my expectations, and the friendly staff made the whole visit a pleasure. However, it’s important to note that they currently accept cash only, which may be an inconvenience for some customers. Regardless, I would highly recommend Qdoba for their delicious cuisine and exceptional service, just remember to bring some cash with you!
