Just came back with my delicious take out order. We went in very close to closing time and despite this, the two employees working in front made our large order to go. They were super polite and took extra care to make sure everything was prepared the way we wanted. I love this location because of the service we received!!!

Drove here for some lunch and as soon as I walked in, they announced that they weren’t taking walk ins and do not have a drive thru. They said they are only taking DoorDash orders. That’s the wrong way to do business. Management should have enough employees and if you don’t, you turn away DoorDash orders and assist your customers who are there in person. Took my business to Chipotle instead and will continue to do so from now on.

They refused to make my order and claimed they never got it. They obviously just didn’t feel like making it because it was an hour before they close. This happens constantly. Your staff is ruining your reputation. I will never order again, this has happened 3 times. Is it difficult to make a single bowl of food, thats all it was one bowl and the guy on the phone when I called up was acting incredibly annoyed that I dared to call and ask if they got my order. Even if he had no idea what order I was talking about it wouldn’t have taken even 5 minutes to make it. I don’t know why they don’t want my money but I got the message.

First time at this location and totally not satisfied. I ordered half white rice and half brown rice and the rice overall is hard and crunchy! The chicken also had some blubbery (fatty) pieces. I think it’s time for me to switch back to Moe’s and Chipotle.

The beans were cooked thoroughly which is a huge plus lately I been going to other QDoba restaurants and they all like the last 5 QDoba restaurants have all had the beans not cooked thoroughly and where it was not edible and it was starchy and I just could not try no more so I asked the cooked here at this Fishers location who prepared my veggie bowl and he said we normally cook it for like a hour or a hour in a half and it’s cooked thoroughly here and when I tried it today he was absolutely right…thank you finally someone who knows how to cook the beans thoroughly. So my veggie bowl was good,the grilled veggies was cooked well too and everything came out well. This was my first time trying the Fishers, Indiana location and I am pleased to say I will come back again whenever I’m in the area.

Came by 5.28.2023 at approx 4:10pm, didn’t see a line except one lady at the front talking and giggling with 3 attendants who all seem to be attending to the one lady. I asked about the line, the customer brushed me off and the young man serving her followed suit. I just stopped by from my long trip from Connecticut. Zero service here. I left and decided not to spend my hard earned money here..There are many other options in the same vicinity.

On Friday, April 8, 2022 around 8:30p, I decided to stop at Qdoba and try the new Cheese Crusted Chicken Quesadilla which was WAYYY more than my stomach bargained for! The ladies working the food line and the register were pretty cool but for once, I actually received more chicken & cheese than I wanted and my stomach was on 10!

I just ordered $80 worth of food for a group. The food was great but the manager had a horrible attitude. She was in a bad mood. She was upset and trying to take other orders before completing my order while trying to rush me off. She forgot some of the food with my meal. Then was upset because I asked for a extra bag which I had over 6 containers that she wanted me to fit in one bag. She aggressively snatched the bag, threw it up in the air, and walked away before once again finishing my order. I called back up to the store to let them know of the missing food items and asked for the manager and the same very rude young girl answered and said that she was the manager. She acted as if she hated her job and she should definitely not take it out on customers but should find another job immediately!! The food was great and the other workers had great attitudes but Good service and Bad service cost the same. I just choose to pay for a good overall experience regardless of the cost.

Rough day for this unit. Staff member preparing the order seemed annoyed to be at work today. She was not helpful at all. At one point stopped making our order to make Togo order and then forgets where she is at on preparing ours. So she forget the chicken. I was given a total before I could even finished my order. I did go ahead and request the chips I wanted but skipped the drinks and just got water. When we take it back up to get it corrected it seems to be an annoyance by the manager who also seemed like she wasn’t having the best of days. No apologies, no smile, just clear frustration. Another staff member cooking chicken while scrolling through Spotify without any gloves. Handling your phone while cooking ready to eat food I’m sure is trained should not happen. Especially in full view of your patrons. Hope tomorrow is better for you all.
