I consistently receive the worst service at this location. The management is never there after 6 PM. The crew they have working is a bunch of kids who would rather hang out in the back while the customers are ignored. I and another customer stood in line while being ignored for at least 5-7 minutes. I watched one guy whistling while playing around with the other employees distracting them. The employee taking our orders would ask what we wanted and then get distracted and walk off and do other things and then come back and repeat himself.

I went into this restaurant today. It literally took someone 5 minutes to come and help me and that was only because a worker who was getting off from their shift wanted food. I had to tell the guy 4 times what protein I wanted. I asked if they have diablo and he started putting it in a little cup for me. That’s not what I asked. I walked out. Horrible customer service. The guy “helping” me didn’t even know that a worker was on break.

Come here if you want “computer problems” or “cash only” or “online orders only” or “out of ingredients”. This place closes early so much we always call before we go, and we usually get hung up on a couple of times in the process. Since we’ve moved to the area, 4+ years ago, this Qdoba location has been nothing but one problem after another. The employees clearly don’t want to be there, and it shows in their unwillingness to work, serve, or prepare food for customers.

I went to go get some food after my workout and every time I go to this location I get charged $17 for my food whenever I ask why they say you got double meat whenever I asked for half and half all other locations have never done this in fact at the one in Hamilton town center they charged me the proper $11 it is every single time the guy who rang me up and made my food had a very bad attitude towards me and it is the same every time I go to this location save your time and go to Hamilton town center

If I could give this place a zero review I would but unfortunately I have to give it a one star. So first me and my friend walk in to Qdoba to get our food the person ignores us and then my friend goes first she asked for small amounts of things, and she got big amount of things which made them the whole bowl a bunch of slop. The lady even know what we were ordering while we were saying what we wanted. the lady didn’t even know what she was doing a really doing. dirty place to don’t go to Qdoba stick to chipotle.

Every time I go to this location it is closed hours before it’s listed closing time. The few times I have been it is only open to online orders. I just want a burrito bowl after a 12 hour shift. This was at 7:30pm, prime dinner time. I don’t typically post reviews but it is not worth driving here if it is never open

Will never go again! This was in my Chicken Queso Burrito and luckily felt it in my mouth before I bit down. The young man working rewrapped my boyfriend’s burrito 3 times with a fresh tortilla, because he couldn’t get it right and caused all the sauce and cheese to be removed……instead of starting over. Not to mention, they said were closing at 5:00 pm when we called or we would have taken the food back.
