Clean and friendly but lacking customer service leadership. I ate here twice on a work trip about four days apart and they still hadn’t fixed their malfunctioning soda machine. They offered glass bottle cokes in exchange but had no other variety for beverages. Food was fresh and fast. Restroom was clean.

Showed up at 9:30, was ignored for 5 minutes as the gentleman was putting the food up, wrapping and scraping the pans (still open for 30 min). The , was told the had no cheese, lettuce, salsa, and a lot more things as “truck didn’t come today.” It was obvious they were trying to shut down and started early so idk if it’s true or not, but terrible look and service either way.

I try and try to do business with Brownsburg Q-Doba, because I loved Q-Doba. They are always out of ingredients, today it was guacamole and fajita vegetables. It was 4pm, no one in the store and I walk up to no ingredients while 3 children are discussing after school activities – how about make some guac or heat up some veggies? How about you get an adult in there to MANAGE the place?

My husband and I are always trying to order online qdoba for pickup hoping they can get it right. Every single time we do we have items missing from our order constantly. Tonight I had a bowl missing several items even printed on the receipt so they blatantly did not put the items in. I was missing, sour cream, guac, tortilla trips, and Cojita cheese. They also threw some sort of seasoning that tastes like I’m eating grass. See pic below. When I called to talk with the manager he was SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Told me they had a line out the door and were doing the best they could. While I understand busy I don’t understand how we pay for items that aren’t included in our meal price. When he refunded the order after asking what he could do with an attitude I said thank you and he hung up on me. Qdoba is never getting our business again. He could’ve handled that so much better. I don’t know what kind of managers they are hiring but not it’s not mature adult ones. Absolutely disgusted.

Where do I start… Guacamole was brown and nasty. Corn salsa is sure heavy on the corn. Only thing good was the speed of the online order. Probably because they got A LOT wrong. Cutlery was not included, they did not use corn tortillas, kids meal did not come with a side of lettuce or sour cream rather it was already on the quesadilla. Will make the drive to Chipotle next time!
