I’m leaving this review on hopes the owner will see it and initiate positive changes. I like Qdoba and appreciate having one downtown. The meal I had today was definitely not up to Qdoba standards. The restaurant was out of veggies and guacamole. There were no other customers in the store. However we did see one enter and then depart after learning no veggies or impossible meat options were avail. Appeared to be 4 employees who we observed just standing around as we ate. The internal tables that didn’t have the chairs stacked were all dirty. The entire outside area was dirty & trash overflowing. The doors were covered with dirty handprints. If you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean. Local groceries carry plenty of bell peppers, onions & avacado in the summer. I am hopeful improvements can be made so the place doesn’t close down.

They always lock the doors and do online orders only. Super annoying because I live next door and want to pay with cash. When I do eat here it’s not terrible though. Owners are missing out on a big portion of walk in sales.

My food was fine but I am giving 2 stars due to employee behavior and the appearance of the store. There was at least three people working. The guy helping me was fine but there was two other people and they were slapping each other and play fighting. He was asking then to do something with sour cream and they ignored him and kept slapping each other. I then started looking around the store and noticed how all the counters needed wiped down. Especially the ones around the food area because there was messes everywhere. The trash was also over loaded. I ordered nachos and the girl almost didn’t give me chips. I had walked a mile to get there. I would have been very mad if I didn’t have chips. The chips she did give me were also the end of the batch and mostly crumbs. Everyone should be pulling their own weight and making sure the store looks nice and clean.

Let me first say thank you yo the two staff members that made sure my food was fresh and correct they get a 5 star from me. Now for the manager and his twin brother or brother they need to be fired or demoted for arguing the entire time in this small office space where all the customers here there conversation. Rude, not professional once told customers can hear the conversation they did not care I think one of them looked at me. SMH need better supervisor in a very nice establishment.

Leaving this so the owner/management can hopefully see this and get things fixed. I love Qdoba but have had several negative experiences at this location including today. I don’t think it’s the workers’ faults; I think it’s the lack of workers or training or something else. 1-this location is very dirty and always has sticky floors. I also feel like the workers should really be wearing hair nets. 2- I’ve had several issues with online ordering and they will just lock the doors on people who didn’t have online orders because they’ll get too backed up. Perhaps this is an issue with catering not being planned well enough? They often forget to bag sides of guac/sour cream as well. In addition, if you make an online order, it generally takes 10-15 mins more than they say, and today it took me 40 mins more than they said, which defeats the purpose and convenience of online ordering. There were several people waiting in there for over 20 mins for their order and no one was even acknowledged. Also the workers could be a little more friendly. I know the service industry is struggling right now but hopefully some of these issues can be easily resolved.

Terrible experience recently. I ordered food on the Qdoba app (not a third party app) for delivery, which by the way the Qdoba app charges you a “technology fee.” My food showed up and it was wrong and I was missing my side of guacamole (which I paid extra for). I called the store and they blamed door dash, which I didn’t even order from. They said it’s the delivery drivers fault. They were out of salsa, vegetables and guacamole. Finally he said he would refund my order even though “company policy states that for free items we don’t need to do anything.” It’s 9 days later and nothing posted to my bank. Clearly I was lied to and my order was never refunded. The food wasn’t even good. What a waste of $40! I filled out a form for customer service on the Qdoba website. Again, no response from anyone after 8 days. I think Qdoba (and definitely this location!) has lost a customer for life. I’d rather pay extra for extras and for food that tastes good.
