The staff is always polite & helpful here at this location. As I’ve actually visited quite a bit lately. I currently seem to be on this whole yummy Qdoba kick I just can’t seem to get enough of the goodness!! I’ve had the burritos, the tacos, the quesadillas, the bowls, even the nacho bowls, the chips & queso… I’ve tried a little bit of everything here. & everything is honestly pretty good!! & that new birria meat is delish!! But to be honest though, I’m a little confused on your chips, as every single time I have gotten them, they have tasted kinda stale. & that is the only reason I’m giving you 4 stars instead of 5. I’m not really sure how Qdoba stores their chips, but you might want to consider a different way, to keep them fresh. Besides that though, Qdoba is definitely a place I would recommend, & will eat at many more times again.

The majority of the staff was ok but the gentleman working the register was unfriendly, rude, and made you feel completely unwelcome. It wasn’t just our group, he treated everyone that way including an elderly gentleman who was behind us. The food was pretty good but I won’t be back as long as that gentleman is there.

So it has to be on purpose because every single time I get uber eats or door dash this store is missing items. No side on the kids meal. No chips for the nachos. No toppings. Sometimes more than one item missing. I love qdoba and it travels well but I’m not sure how to get the full order? This store has to be trolling the apps or something because it literally never fails to be missing one or several things.

I’ve been going here for years and the food is still good. My only issue is sometimes they will give you larger portions, and sometimes they give you smaller portions. This time I felt like the portions were smaller than usual and the price doesnt match up with the amount of food I got.

Man o man I ordered the burrito and it filled me up. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It was filled was all kinds of goodness from steak, chicken, rice, 3 cheese caso, black beans and lots of vegetables, lettuce and more.

The night shift here has never been able to put all my food in the bag, even after taking 5 to 8 whole entire MINUTES to do so. I even had to tell the person bagging it that a burrito he almost forgot needed a bag. After waiting all that time for chips, a bowl and 2 burritos to be put in a bag, they still didn’t even put my queso in the bag. The chips I was given at first were apparently stale, as after I had been given them, another employee walks up and tells the man bagging food that the chips on the line were stale and needed replaced. The very same chips I had just been given. I myself had to ask for the new chips as the man bagging my food looked at my bag of chips, and then continued to bag my food. I enjoy qdoba thoroughly. This location, however, always leaves me wanting, and wondering how this place still has such good reviews, as I’ve certainly never had a good experience.

We had a large catering order and it wasn’t relayed to the staff working on the day of pick up. They were mildly panicked, but did an absolutely incredible job fulfilling our order and being hospitable in the process. I wish I had the names of everyone working at 11am on Feb, 5, 2023; because they are all exceptional employees and should be treated as such.

They open at 10:30, we went in at noon, the restaurant was empty, but the dining room was TRASHED. Not one table was clean, no ice, and out of onions and other stuff. One guy out front and 4 (that I saw) in the back.
