We came back! We met Frank the general manager on a recent road trip to an NCAA game in February. Decided to stop again on our way to a rugby tournament. Detoured a bit out of our way from Wisconsin to visit Frank and his friendly staff. This time we asked for a picture. We were greeted with a friendly “Hello Wisconsin” from the staff as we entered the restaurant. The service, food, and hospitality was amazing as usual. Until next year, Frank and staff – – – we’ll be counting down the days to our next visit. Thank you.

I visited Qdoba for the first time and the overall experience was horrible. The food was amazing and so was the young lady who made me and my fiancé’s meal. It’s the manager I’m assuming who was the issue. He was extremely rude to the young lady he called himself “ training”. there’s a time and a place for you to discipline your staff(for a honest mistake it seemed like) but in front of customers is not how you handle things and that’s coming from a general manager. Seems like he needs a refreshers course on how to treat people in a work environment!

Don’t like the sippy cup lids for their drinks. I would like a straw and normal lid please. I’m an adult and don’t enjoy dribbling all over myself when I try to drink. Also other Qdobas give you a metal tray for your burrito. Which is nice to use a fork and a knife with. Not this location. My burrito was just rolled up, and wrapped subpar. The fell apart halfway through

Went in to get a veggie bowl and dude was in a rush… when I asked for another scoop of rice he charged and I literally never EVER had that happen and I go a lot.. also lady at cashier was rude they need to send those workers home if they don’t wanna be working.

I picked up an online order today and the lady at the register was extremely rude! I’ve went in and grabbed my own online order plenty of times but today there was a problem. She seemed aggravated and very unpleasant. She was also rude to her coworker. Qdoba please do better and hire people with customer service skills.
