Stopped in here the other day because I haven’t really ever tried this restaurant. Wasn’t disappointed. I was a little confused by the menu because I’m used to a menu having just a selection of already assembled foods. I wasn’t expecting to have to design my food together to make it good. I liked the idea but had no clue what I wanted all together. So I just chose a bunch of random foods I liked had it in a bowl and turned out great. Overall not bad though.

Went tonight at 7. Had a sign on the door online orders only due to short staff. Was gonna place an online order from my car and the guy changed the sign to Closed due to no staff while I was placing the order online. Went to Chipotle as did the guy sitting next to us in the parking lot. So don’t know if it was any good or not..

Their food and their service is nice. But they don’t have very good food. I’ve only tried them a couple times. Nothing to write home about. I feel like they’re a knockoff of Chipotle.

Dillon Is the ONLY staff member actually WORKING. Other staff member was walking around with earbuds in, on his phone, making his own food, DIRTY gross clothes, not greeting customers, leaving the chap up front to do ALL the work, refilling toppings, cutting meat, making bowls. Out of lots of ingredients- chicken, steak, guacamole, chips, I personally asked for his name because I’m writing this IN LINE waiting for our food. Jimmy. No “paperwork” before customers.

There was trash on the floors, a wet spot around the drink station, flies everywhere including landing on the line food. Whole piece of cooked meat left laying out by the grill. I strongly suggest you eat somewhere else unless you want food poisoning.

I don’t come here much anymore. The food usually isn’t to bad. We recently had a horrible experience with the catering at this location. I wasnt going to leave a review at all because I contacted customer service and they said the store would reach out to me in 24 hours. I wanted to see what they would do to help the mistake but concidering they never contacted me I’m leaving a review. This event was 5 days ago I called 4 days ago and still heard nothing. We ordered for 15 people over 24 hours in advance with the website. The food was horrible. The list is very long on all the issues. They didn’t send us with enough foil containers to put the food in for keeping it heated up. The chicken was so burnt it tasted like charcoal. The beans and rice looked like it was cooked the day before and microwaved. I ordered a queso added to the main order for $28 the guy gave us a little container like when you order in the store and my husband had to continuously tell them what they were forgetting. After we came come they only gave us the hot items they didn’t give us ANY of the cold stuff. No sour cream lettuce or salsa items nothing. Our guests are arriving and my husband had to go back to the store and they still didn’t give him enough stuff. The manager in charge gave him 5 servings of brownies and I guess he was trying to make it better but we didnt want brownies we wanted our $230 worth of food. Little tiny containers of the items for a catering event for 15! The catering is a joke. I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. I ordered food so I wouldn’t have to stress about making food for our party and it became more stress then I ever would have thought.

This qdoba needs a new general manager and new shift leads. All employees go outside and smoke marijuana with the whole staff. Leaving one person to do grill, front line, cashier, and onlines. I came here about a month ago and Ms.Yuli was the only employee constantly working. She’s very respectful, she also explains pricing very well. You can tell she has knowledge about what she does. She took our order and made our food so beautiful & delicious. It was 4 of us plus about 9 more customers in the line. I could tell she had about 10 orders for online on the screens. She did not complain at ALL. Fast forward I came back a couple days ago in hopes of catching her working so she can make my food and I was told she quit. This store is now messy 24/7 , orders are always wrong and the shift lead “jimmy” is the WORST! He takes about 30 mins to make a bowl. Has no idea how to manage and control everything that’s going on. If there is a complaint “jimmy” just gives customers his GMs phone number so they can complain to her. Therefore, doesn’t actually solve the problem. General Manager Shea needs to do better. Start hiring better people. And try to keep the better employees. Oh and the chicken is either burnt or raw. DO BETTER !

Yesterday we had a grad party for our kids and decided to get qdoba as it is our daughters favorite. I had her place the order a week in advanced online. The day of the party comes and I went into the store that morning at 10 to ask a question and the size of the queso we would be getting as online failed to give me any idea how much (of anything) we where getting and I wanted to double check that they had the order right. I get there and ask to add on a protein and another queso and they tell me they don’t have the staffing for it. I should’ve listened right there. I didn’t argue and I left it at that. If they didn’t have the staffing they didn’t have it. I send my husband to pick it up (5-5:15 was the chosen pick up time) and it’s not ready when he gets there. They are just now making the chicken and heating up the queso. JUST NOW. When we are to be picking up the food is when they are starting it. We were not a fan of that but waited as we had already payed and had no other option for food. He finally gets the food at 5:30 and makes his way home. When he gets home we realize there is no protein, we are missing a thing of queso, and have no chips. So he has to go back. It is now almost 6 ( the party starts at 6) and we don’t have half our food. My husband gets back to Qudoba explains what happened and then proceeds to have to wait for them to remake the chicken and queso as they had already begun to use it for the dinner service.( They proceeded to burn the new batch of chicken, in which they tell my husband but, he decided that we didn’t have time to make a new batch and took it burnt) He did not come home until 6:30-6:45 because he had to wait and we had no food for the first half of the party because they cannot keep it together. Do not order catering because they have proved they cannot do it. If you do not have the staffing then do not except catering orders. It’s so frustrating and extremely stressful when you are trying to plan a party and the catering that was placed a week early and confirmed the day of does not run smoothly. You had a week to tell us you could not accommodate us and did not. You caused much stress on a very stressful day to point where i cannot recommend catering less. We spent too much money for what we got.

We were the 1st customers that day…walked at 11:03 am…The outside of the restaurant near the front door a diaper was laying on the ground…no beans of any kind ready for our burritos…l got the spicy rice, it was hard on the inside it was not cooked long enough. The chicken was overcooked and wasn’t warm. On the plus side, the employees were very friendly. This wasn’t the first time I had a bad experience at this location…l just never commented because l like to give benefit of the doubt.
