I really like Qdoba! I love the sauces! The chili crema is my favorite! The staff is always friendly and attentive. My daughter likes that you can customize your quesadilla in the store (not just on the app). She’s a big fan of quesadillas and Qdoba lets you customize yours perfectly!

Employees were Profesional and courteous. As were were sitting eating they were talking amongst themselves about a recent meeting and what they were taught. They seemed passionate about improving their already good customer service. Matt took extra care of us by helping bring our children’s food and drinks to the table.

I go here all the time, the food is always great but the lady with long brown hair that was training people today ruined my time. I don’t like being told what to do, and I was pointing to the food because the trainee didn’t know all the sauces right off the bat, she snaps please don’t point over the counter, bruh my arm isn’t that long to reach over it. I will turn around and walk out if she is on shift again.

$9 for a hand full of cold wet food. –I ordered the cauli-mash grilled chicken protein bowl. Sure, the presentation looks nice just to get disappointed w/ taste and price. I assume grilled chicken & grilled veggies would be hot. What a joke. $4 for food $5 for air.

Ordered catering. Got the food. Food was not labeled correctly which led to issues with allergies and religious beliefs. Was promised a refund by someone who couldn’t promise a refund. Called customer care 5 times got hung up on 3 of the 5. the district leader was not helpful. Food was thrown out, person had an allergic reaction, another has to deal with the repercussions of their religious beliefs. Explained that to him and rather than calling me back he sent an email stating that I would not be getting partial or full refund.

I actually love the food. The problem is the price! I just asked for a kids bag of chips. Recieved 7 total chips in a bag for more than $1.00. Those are some expensive tortilla chips. Funny how most Mexican restaurants give them out for free. So its now 18$ for a bowl, 7 tortilla chips and a drink. Highway robbery!
