First time eating here. The reviews don’t lie. I ordered 2 burritos which were supposed to be ready at 8:45. I didn’t get my order until 9:08p. They only had one worker there who was swamped. The station where they have straws and napkins was filthy. Food was all over the counter and so were empty straw packets. You can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. And my burritos were bland, cold, and the meat wasn’t even seasoned. Qdoba can definitely do better. They need to have someone higher making sure their restaurant is up to par.

First time eating here and was definitely disappointed. Definitely read the reviews before you come to this place. The inside was dirty, tables still had food from previous customers. My burrito had inconsistent filling throughout it. One minute you’d get a bite of chicken and on the next bite you wouldn’t get any chicken. Same problem with the, cheese and guacamole. I definitely had a terrible first experience. Whatever you do read the reviews first.

I’m convinced management doesn’t come in and check in on their restaurants. The food was bland and there wasn’t enough filling in my burrito. Not even that but the restaurant was in nasty condition. Tables weren’t wiped off from previous customers and don’t get me started on the station with napkins and plastic ware. Can’t fully blame the employees because they themselves were short staffed. Qdoba definitely has to do better.

Placed an online order and had to wait extra 15 minutes after when the order was supposed to be ready to get it. Their bowls are definitely not filled like they are supposed to and I confirmed that after going to a different location, not enough staff for the amount of people coming to order, their grill was on fire like 3 times while I was there and I left smelling like barbecue

So. This is what I got. Parts of it were what I ordered, but a lot was missing, and as you can see, their grill hasn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. Yes, the peppers are burned black, but the burnt bits are throughout the bowl, so it’s also old food residue.

The food is the same as any other location but the employees are rude, slow, talk on their cellphones in front of you, dont clean the restaurant or tables, will give you a small amount of an item so they don’t have to replace the bin, stare at you blankly, etc. The bathrooms and the restaurant are also super dirty.

So I have to admit it has been a minute since I went to Qdoba. It was way before the pandemic hit. A coworker suggested we should get carryout from here. So I agreed. I ordered a steak burrito. I wanted to get the burrito bowl, but the steak was not an option, so I was disappointed about that. So I got the burrito. I also ordered the Chips and Queso and unsweetened Iced tea. When I got to the place, I wasn’t sure where to go because they had a cooler blocking the shelf. The lady that pointed me I. The right direction was super lovely.

Placed my order online in advance because i did not have time to stand in line. I got here and my order hasn’t even been started. The employees are not even starting my order, instead they are assisting everyone else in line even though i put my order in 25 minutes ago. Unacceptable service. Ill never come back. They didn’t apologize or acknowledge the issue either they just threw my bag on the counter and walked away.
