Received Uber eats and got the chicken bowl and there was no chicken! 2 or 3 pieces of burnt chicken, rice was thick and gummy prepared sloppy!!! Food was cold. Ordered a brownie and didn’t receive it. Called the store and was told they didn’t have any more brownies left. To let Uber eats know so I can get a refund. Received all gummy rice and beans no meat very disappointed with my food!!

This restaurant has been hit and miss for quite a while. When they miss, they really miss. This review is for my most recent trip. The food was great and the friendly young lady who was working the register was polite and upbeat. It was refreshing, especially these days. Great Job Team Qudoba!

Notice right away that there were 4 employees, and no one greeted me and took a couple minutes for someone to finally ask what I wanted. I ordered white rice,steak peppers,Pico, and shredded cheese and med drinks. $15. When I say flavorless,I mean bland somehow with all of the veggies and meat and Pico, still super bland. Hate to spend $15 and not be happy. I will not go back. I guess chain places all fell off.

What an experience. Wanted a bowl with extra veg. None available. She’s cooking them you’ll have to wait. 10 min later… ok veggies and surf and turf. Sorry no shrimp. ? She hasn’t made it yet. It’s 12:45. Ok chicken and steak. Sorry no steak. She hasn’t cooked more yet. As I’m standing at the counter the veggie girl has the pan flipped upside down on the fire, I’m assuming to burn off any residue and not use a clean pan. Sure enough when I get to the table the veggies are covered in charcoal carbon who knows how many times she’s burned the pan clean now it’s all on the veggies. 17 dollars and two bites later i threw it out. Ill never return to this Qdoba. Upper management these employees are killing your business and need retraining.

This location is usually the best around me but I was deeply disappointed today. I ordered a bowl and it was in a weird container and smashed together.. Also, there was literally a piece of metal from a grill brush in my food. I can’t eat the rest of my food, I fear there’s another that could end up in my stomach or intestines… I hope management sees this.
